They also gave me a 25% discount on the items I purchased this helps because of the California taxes on cannabis sales. I had never been into one of these establishments so it was all new to me, but they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions, and the product worked. I bought an ointment for my 90 year-old mother who suffers from severe leg pain ....... My first impression of EVOLV cannabis was several years ago. I was immediately greeted by a friendly cannabis attendant who informed me of the various days of the week corresponding to promos. I tried the product and loved it. I have been a frequent customer ever since, for bouts of time going several times a day. Over the years I have gotten to know the staff and they are all phenomenal human beings with positive attitudes. They are not only informed on the product, but do their best to be happy, which always brightens my day. While the product is affordable to high end and high quality, it is also well presented with their style of wood, shelving, newspaper articles pertaining to the history of cannabis, and lighting. Received a jar yesterday with a broken seal with less than 3.5g in it. Called to inform them and the person on the phone was being short and rude. This was without provocation. They then put me on hold for 17 minutes, yes 17 minutes before saying I had to come back. After voicing my displeasure with being on hold for so long I was told that I was on hold for so long because the lobby was packed with a full house. The thing is that I had already returned and was sitting outside watching a nearly EMPTY lobby. The "Manager" said she would "do me a favor by accommodating me" and replace the jar because they NEVER do this. Yet there's another review with the same open jar issue. They have a huge selection of all kinds of yummies. Now for the rude security guard I walked in and forgot my diaper for my face in the car like everyone else I'm over wearing it !!!! So I grabbed it and walked back in I guess I didn't have my drivers license positioned like he wanted cause he was huffing and puffing about it clearly this guy needs to eat , smoke, drink something in the store he's an angry human !!! Kind of a Whole Foods / Lassens experience in a weed shop - minus the haughty "spiritual gangsters" in lulu lemon. Prices are not the lowest, but they have a variety of quality products including some I sometimes struggle to find. I found this place on Weedmaps looking for a product I wanted. Thank you to the Weedmaps reviewer that said "old people go here." When I read that I knew this would be my spot. This is the best dispensary I have ever been to. Displays are not behind glass. You can read packaging, browse, explore. Flower is displayed in containers that you can see and smell through. It's a great chance to think about what you like, want or need for your own healing or enjoyment. Bud-tenders know their ish - but give you the info YOU want - instead of overloading you with info and choices.
