Should you fail to do so, a mechanic's lien will be filed forthwith through Speedy Lien and i will hire an attorney to represent me (at all costs). Proceed accordingly. Please note due to your refusal to pay us, we have just placed a lien on your property. In this regard, prior to refinancing and/or selling your property, we will need to be paid. Once again, it has been confirmed that Universe will no longer service your home as you try to "cheat them" on repair invoices. I had a glimmer of hope that we were going to end this nonsense. No such luck. This morning, the above post is gone (thank God I saved it), and a new post filled with more lies emerges. First, the "certificate of completion and satisfaction" statement that Alex has mentioned at nauseam was for the wet sheetrock that was bagged and taken away, and for the fans that were brought in for my carpet. The fans worked great! The problem is for the over $20000 in damage that I was told I had. I allowed CWD to :"gut" the room where the water was, expecting that my insurance would cover the damages. The damage was NOT over $20000, but instead $3520.16. There was a $2500 deductible. Simply do the math. I had to lay out the money to return the room to the way it was before. Had Alex just been honest from the beginning, I would have at least gotten another estimate. But I was told "everything was compromised because of all the thousands of dollars in water damage". I had CWD perform the work on the spot. Alex did NOT adjust our bill. Travelers caught Alex trying to cheat them, and adjusted the bill accordingly. I cannot get much clearer than this Alex: Spoke with Universe and a letter with copies of your posts were sent. Spoke with mortgage company. No lien Alex. And what a surprise, Travelers doesn't have a "preferred list:. Just a list of companies who try to cheat them and get caught. Ok...bowing out gracefully for the last time.
