As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. Unreliable and unresponsive. The initial job had a lot of issues including peeling paint on our…read moregarage doors and porch woodwork as well as large paint bleeds for our foundation. After following up for three months to have the work corrected, only the garage doors were painted over where it had peeled leaving clearly visible transitions between original job and patching. There was no attempt to make it look even. The correction of the bleeds and woodwork was never done. It was a horrible job done in terms of craftsmanship, service and professionalism. Do better, Precision Painting!
