The owner of the company said to me clearly that he thinks it's just fine and dandy for his employees to be touching customers. And I'm a man. I wouldn't let this guy in my house if I was a woman with that attitude. His "manager" also thinks it's ok to bully customers in the phone and mock disabilities. Here are the lowlights of my experience with Matt: --Communication was a nightmare. He responded to me while he was doing the job (a plus!) but he was more interested in complimenting his own work, man-splaining, and cracking corny jokes than he was in listening my concerns. Whenever there was a problem, he blamed someone else. ---Cost was very high. This is my fault , as I should have gotten more estimates. --The work was below average. For example, Matt installed a bifold door. He asked if I wanted it painted and when I asked if it would need to be painted, he said it was up to me. I opted to leave it unpainted but had no idea that Matt would leave pencil marks and scuffs all over it. By that time, I was so tired of interacting with him that I decided to paint it myself. Less than three months later, the door came off the track and the pin that holds it in place will not go back in.
