Stay classy homes has classic San Diego vibes houses, and delivers classic San Diego vibes. I was down here saying with my sisters, my family and my cousins because my Dad passed away. We were there for a celebration of life. The house experience that I got with stay classy homes really made the experience shine out as an awesome one. The Neighbourhood was awesome. The house was awesome. The house was clean and accommodating. The host's were also very accommodating. They had pointed out cool spots in the neighborhood to go and visit that were spot on if it was your 1st to your 50th time being in San Diego. We just tried to do the same sort of trip in the Hill country of Texas and it was an absolute nightmare comparatively. Not only on value cause this place is an excellent value. But also because these house rock and some house can just be absolutely horrendous. The house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. The house was in a good location within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants (not fast food or chain restaurants). The neighborhood was lively during the day, and surprisingly peaceful each evening. It was also not far from the kids' favorite Mission Beach. There were plenty of paper supplies, cookware, and dishes. We gave the awesome Speed Queen washer a good workout. (I want one!) Though the house was expensive, the cost for the week was relatively reasonably considering its size and location. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I also appreciate Michael at La Jolla Vacation Rentals for working with me and patiently answering all of my questions. If we return to San Diego in the future, I will without question look for a house with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.

A while back i made a review on BBB calling out the malpractice of this company. The owner claimed the following: - Claimed they knew of pre-existing damage and showed me - Said i sent an invoice to them requesting large sum of money - Claimed they scheduled dates for technician to come out and that i declined request Attached are pictures of our conversation and as you can see the owner clearly had no idea what was going on and lacked communication. July 29th- Notified owner about bumper August 8th- received follow up, but nothing else August 29th- still no calls from technician or follow up, so i messaged owner. No reply. September 30th- asked owner for reimbursement. (Mind you i never got it repaired so his claim that i sent an invoice on a repair i never got was false) I did not know of the damage until after it was dropped off, nor did the owner. I never sent an invoice requesting a specific amount of money. I was ghosted for months and i can even provide proof that no technician ever called me. Finally i sent a text asking if it would be possible to be Zelled for the total costs (which i didnt know what that would be) to which he replied "you're nuts" The lack of communication and professionalism is apparent with this company so i would strongly avoid. Please just read the other 1 star reviews if you haven't already. Thanks!!

Everything was delicious that night so we had a really great experience on the weekends in San Diego and we're trying to enjoy the weather. We usually head down to either Carlsbad or Encinitas walk around with our dog and kind of see where the wind blows us as far as where we're gonna go eat or drink that day or night. This time it was a weekend morning on Memorial Day weekend we had gone to get some coffee around the block, walked our dog and then saw union kitchen and thought we had a really great experience last time. Let's see if they're open. They were open for brunch. They have both a covered patio and uncovered one and my husband being the redhead that he is we opted for the covered patio. They're super dog friendly. All of the waitresses were really awesome and kind they came over to say hi to us even if they weren't the ones helping our table one of the waitresses even brought my dog bacon, which we so appreciate love a restaurant full of dog lovers. My husband ordered the cornbread skillet that comes with andouille sausage and I think roasted okra. He said this was really delicious. I tried a few bites and I totally agree. I had the steak and eggs which was delicious with its mustard hollandaise sauce. Coffee was great, OJ was fresh and tasty. Will have to come back for dinner one night.
