I just had the BEST experience at this Postal Annex location. Mrs. May is an exceptional human. I had an USPS Amazon return and my printer was out of ink. I went to the post office first but they don't scan off labels. They pointed me to this Postal Annex Location. Mrs. May was so welcoming and helpful. I'm the guy who was in last year January 2023. The one whose wife you kept calling sweetheart. The one you responded to on Google and told me that I couldn't possibly have gone to your location. It seems like my photographic evidence that I was at your location never uploaded to Google, but that doesn't mean I can't leave a negative review here as well. I know which store I was in. Attempting to gaslight me into believing otherwise is pathetic. Just as pathetic as your customer service skills. You can thank Google for reminding me that I left a review, figured I better hit you up everywhere so everybody knew. And yes the second photo says something about us not having an ID. We called you and asked if you could do the Live Scan using birth certificate, social security cards and other documents. You told us at the time that you could and when we came in you were condescending prick. Robert was very helpful and patient with my requests. I'm helping my friend with her baby shower games so I wanted to make diy game boards. So I needed serval color copies and wanted multiple on one page. Robert easily did some artwork for me and I had what I needed. (*sidenote: They sell cute love pop cards here too!) service was AWFUL . we went for the notary service and the guy at the counter didn't even know how to do his job. he had an attitude and kept saying "nobody is gonna do it for free" for no reason , when we stated we had money he said it'll be $50 and when we told him the letter was gonna be in Spanish his response was "BYE!" . I was in a bind and needed a mailbox and stopped by my local Postal Annex. I was greeted by Robert and he gave me the run of the proverbial land. Box opened and I was ready to roll. Couldn't ask for much else! Since I was a first time visitor, I perused the store. This location has everything! Robert has faxing services and a really awesome toy selection (of all things!). I have two little ones at home so I snagged a couple toys while there. Only thing missing was a cooler so I could grab a chipwich or an ice cream treat. Regardless of that, the service was great and Robert was super attentive. My mailbox is up and ready to receive, so I'm a happy customer.
