And always right! Plus delivery! When I do go in, I like to peruse the isles to see what the latest products they have are and if they don't have it, they will get it! That said, during my most recent visit, I had a completely different experience that truly stood out. I was searching for a specific item and couldn't find it, so I asked an employee who was in the middle of stocking shelves for help. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she walked me over to the exact spot and showed me the product herself. She went even further by offering helpful advice, sharing that a family member had used the pre-surgical cleanser and accidentally ruined a washcloth, so she recommended using an older one. It was such a thoughtful and genuine moment of care, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile. I made sure to check her name badge so I could recognize her here. Her name was Nicole. The lack of any rush on medication that could potentially be life altering is mind blowing....I'm not talking about hours or even a day. Bc I get that this is a small pharmacy and the only one in Woodstock. I also get that business has increased substantial over the last few years. But this delay took days and was very avoidable! You gather every bit of information you need to contact your customers for communicating any issues that may arise therefore there is no excuse for such incompetence.
