That said, during my most recent visit, I had a completely different experience that truly stood out. I was searching for a specific item and couldn't find it, so I asked an employee who was in the middle of stocking shelves for help. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she walked me over to the exact spot and showed me the product herself. She went even further by offering helpful advice, sharing that a family member had used the pre-surgical cleanser and accidentally ruined a washcloth, so she recommended using an older one. It was such a thoughtful and genuine moment of care, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile. I made sure to check her name badge so I could recognize her here. Her name was Nicole. I'm hopeful that more of the team can take a page from Nicole's approach. That level of attentiveness and kindness truly makes a difference in the customer experience.

This pharmacist has a history of such actions, including lying to prescribers about whether meds can be ordered, and refusing to stock meds despite having been requested by legitimate providers who verify authenticity of the prescriptions. I noticed an employee was walking around speaking to patrons. When I got to the pump, I began my transaction using the Fuel Scan & Go function in the Sam's Club app. As I waited for my tank to fill up the employee, Mr. Kenneth, came over to say hello & wish me well for the day! I appreciate how intentional he is in making customers feel seen. Upon entering the club, I was warmly greeted by a joyful customer service rep named Whitney. She was busy placing previously returned items in their places yet still took the time to immediately acknowledge my presence & let me know she would be right with me. This kind of customer service is becoming rare these days & I geniunely appreciate the effort and intention! Whitney made my return experience seamless. Thank you! I decided to browse the toy aisles and ended up finding quite a few character themed items that my children would like. I hadn't planned to but decided to purchase a play mat for my youngest son as it was the last one of it's kind available.
