Squeezed some lime on those tacos and Yum!! The sauce was a mild spicy level, but nothing I couldn't handle! Those tacos were bomb and in my tummy quick lol The loompia were good too! I was not fond of the loompia sauce as the vinegar was a bit too strong for me personally. I had some sweet chilli sauce at home and ate them with that. I would definitely order both again! Also they make an effort to have sustainable packaging for the food, and give you reusable cold bags to bring back to them when you come to get your next order. She also has discounts for larger orders, and referalls. She's amazing at adjusting for my food allergies, which I never was able to have accomidated at the level I needed from the other companies I have ordered from. Her menu changes frequently as she is always having new ideas. Some of my favorite items are her overnight oats, especially her black forest cake version. Her parfaits are also amazing, the lemon bluberry, and cookies and cream were the stand outs so far. For main dishes, my top were her tofu sweet chili burger on a pretzel bun, mushroom shwarmas, spicy tuna mango rice bowls, and her garlicky pasta! Chef Christine catered 3 different events for me the weekend of my son's Bar Mitzvah. She was…read morealways going to cater one, the one happening at our synagogue. She did an incredible job. We wanted something somewhat unique as we have a lot of dietary concerns and choosy kids and wanted it to be something our son enjoyed and our family could all eat and enjoy. In addition, we wanted to make sure it was nice and there was enough food for all our guests. Chef Christine worked with us on brainstorming menu ideas and coming up with different stations that were amazing. Everyone was talking about how great the kiddush (luncheon) was. She was also able to keep in our budget, which I don't believe would have happened with anyone else. To offer what she did was amazing! We were also having out of town guests over our home for Friday night Shabbat dinner. The original caterer we were using had a miscommunication and so we decided it was easier to use Chef Christine and Twisted Spice Catering again. We wanted a simple spaghetti dinner, and she was able to make it look and taste like a gourmet meal. All of our guests were very happy with the dinner! Our final event of the weekend was my son's party Saturday night. We originally wanted to go with food trucks, but kept getting ghosted and running into issues. So again, we turned to Chef Christine. She was able to last minute buy additional supplies when we found out the kitchen at the event was not a full kitchen without changing our menu at all. This was the toughest event because of the set up situation, but Twisted Spice Catering and Chef Christine came through for us with another great dinner. We had four stations with a wide variety of food options so there were so many choices for our guests and everyone ate well! Chef Christine was always quick to respond to my questions and truly made the food part of the experience worry free. She had to make sure we had vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Everything also had to be nut free. She had to issues customizing everything to meet our needs. I highly recommend using Twisted Spice Catering for your event!
