This place is a must visit. Very nicely decorated, good music, great service and delicious food. The smoothies are delicious as well. Highly recommend getting the lava flow. I'll definitely be back here to try more items.

Had this place bookmarked for the longest time and I'm glad I finally got to pay them a visit. I loved that they're a locally owned woman business as well...gotta support the locals. While it was a rainy Sunday, but the interior transported me to a tropical vacation. It felt like I was eating lunch at a tiki hut. Our waitress was friendly and our entrees were brought out to us quickly. We ordered the following: -Big Island Scramble: scrambled eggs with ham, bacon & sausage. -Sunset Scramble: scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onions & chicken-apple sausage topped with cheddar cheese. Both scrambles comes with roasted potatoes and your choice of bread. Portions were perfect! It enough to get you full and unlike some other breakfast spots, you don't walk out of here feeling bloated and gross.

This place is a must go to if you were in Vegas. The food is fresh and delicious. Customer service is great! Ask about the the special five dollar breakfast burrito that is not on the menu. It is a bargain for your buck! They also gave my daughter a small pack of Pokémon cards! I would not recommend the onion rings. They are hard crunchy, battered and not a lot of onion. Other than that, I Definitely recommend this place

I have been to this quaint little restaurant a few times now. It's a bit of a drive from my house but when out and about and need a solid meal I stop in. I love the amount of menu items and the fact everything is so well priced. I mean where else can you get a large iced coffee for $5?! I love the fact they also have games to play while you eat or even while you wait. I've tried both the breakfast and lunch menu and both are to die for. I definitely will be trying some of their pancakes/French toast next time I'm in. They look amazing. Service is always warm and welcoming and if you're looking for a tasty meal this is definitely the place. Portions are great as well.

Saw this place a few months ago while stopped at the red light on Robindale and Jones. My niece and I decided to give it a try today. She wanted pancakes so we popped in. They close at 3pm so we only had an hour left to order and eat. We walked in and were seated right away. There was a large group finishing up. All of them had cameras and social media set ups at the table. Found out it was food bloggers from insta and TikTok. They all gathered to sing happy birthday to some young man working at the café. Even with such a large group and them celebrating someone's birthday, our food came out fairly quickly. The salad was definitely larger than I thought it would be. My first bite was heaven. Their homemade vinaigrette was fabulous. The nachos are huge and can have about 4 to 5 people eat them. They did need just a little extra cheese on them. Otherwise they were pretty good. As we were finishing up and waiting for our check, the owner came over and asked us if we would like a piece of birthday cake. My niece said yes, and so we decided to stay and have cake with them. The cake was made from their friend who owns tsp baking in North Las Vegas. (we will be giving them a try.) If you're in the southwest area and you're looking for a inexpensive place to eat that has really good home-cooked food try beach Café

A great little local spot with delicious food. They are supporters of UNLV and all things local.

Disappointing. We had high hopes to find a diner near us. I've heard of Beach Cafe but had never walked in. We were greeted and directed to sit wherever we would like. Water was promptly served with menus awaiting us on the table. Friendly server came by and was able to take our order. We stopped in at 12:40pm so the morning weekend rush was over. My husband ordered the Steak and Eggs. I ordered the Big Island Scramble. They both came with home fries and toast. The home fries are home made in what tasted like old fryer grease. Minimal seasoning from maybe just salt and pepper, or whatever flavor the oil was left with. The scrambled eggs were on the soft side teetering on undercooked. My "scramble" had a mix of meats: bacon, sausage, and ham. The scramble itself was overly salty and did not have a good balance of meat to eggs. If you order this, you'll need to add more eggs. Very bland except for the salt. My husband's steak was cooked well but the meat quality was subpar. Very grisly and fat. Again, lacking any seasoning or flavor. He left half of it on the plate. The toast was toast and perhaps the best thing on the plate. We definitely do not feel we received a $43 meal. The server said the cook has been there for many years. Please season your food and change your oil. It must say something when we drove 10min to go home and were looking for something else to eat.

I love the vibes in here, it's very chill with beach theme decorated everywhere. There's board games available while waiting for your order. I got the lobster omelette with sweet potato waffle fries on the side and their "Sun Burn" smoothie. The serving size was large at a reasonable price. It was all really good, the staff were nice as well. Will happily come here again and support this little hole in the wall brunch place.

This chill beach-style café is everything--great vibes, ocean breeze, and even better food. The loco moco was next-level: savory, juicy, and smothered in rich gravy with a perfectly runny egg on top. Total flavor bomb. I was quick to eat it so no pictures but the pancake topped with strawberry and whip cream is a MUST HAVE Big shoutout to Chef Lupe for crafting that masterpiece, and krystyne, our server, who was absolutely amazing--super friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. Honestly, the service was Costner-level--like being in a feel-good beach movie. Already planning my next visit to this family owed restaurant. Thank you for the amazing experience

Such a cute local breakfast/brunch cafe! I should have taken a photo of the quote by the mirror in the women's restroom, but it was positive and motivating. Service was standard. My friend and I stopped by after hiking up Exploration Peak, hungry and ready to eat. I ordered the loco moco (because I love rice for breakfast as a Filipino) with over easy eggs and gravy on the side. I like to control the sauce in case it's too much or I'm not a fan, but the gravy was so good, I decided to pour it all on. The meat was seasoned well, and the eggs were perfectly runny. This place is close to home, so it's convenient... and since I enjoyed the food, I'd come back again when I wanna go out for breakfast.

    Huevos rancheros
    Lisa H.

Ordered through Uber Eats delivery. It was just ok. The Huevos Rancheros was supposed to come with a fried corn tortilla but instead it was on top of a limp flour tortilla. Plus the avocado on it was completely brown, like it had been out for hours. The breakfast burrito that comes with sausage and bacon didn't have a trace of sausage. Flavors were ok but nothing I'd get again.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal.
