Where do I start? Brian is very friendly, courteous and professional. He is very prompt with responding as well. (I had called a couple places and nobody would answer at the hours they say they are open or would call me back!) He answered the phone and was very informative about his services. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I went ahead and made an appointment. No need to keep looking. I arrived about 15 minutes early to my appointment and he took care of me quickly. I was ready to call an Uber as I was dropping off the car and he asked if I was getting a ride from someone, I stated I was getting an Uber. He then offered to give me a ride home and I had my newborn with me as well. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with how helpful he is. He also let me know when my car was done and came to pick me up at my house. The job he did is outstanding. I have inspected my car and it looks great. I don't see any imperfections. He said the tint would take a few days to dry completely, but Chico is hot as hell - the tint looks dry and good. My eyes are very sensitive to light and I don't like sunglasses on for very long, so this tint makes it delightful to drive. I was worried I would have bubbles on the top of my windshield due to the factory black dots, when I looked to see when it was done, Not an imperfection anywhere I could see. We had Brian out to tint some windows on our home, attached and detached garages. The windows were completed on 3/24/2023 and we waited 2+ weeks for them to adhere as we were told. After the waiting period, we noticed several windows that needed rework as there are folds in the tint. Instead of telling me why his price was so high he told me he had 24 years of experience and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I would avoid this guy at all cost. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. This is a one man operation. He installed 3M Clear Shield on my car. After the installation I pointed out a hair on top of the hood under the clear bra and asked him to redo the work. He refused. He said it was "good enough" and that he "can't control what's in the air". Also the new piece he added didn't line up with the original pieces on the car. Before he started the work he said he'd make sure it all lined up properly, but he didn't. He'd already been paid in full by the body shop and refused to do anything to rectify it. I had to take the car to another shop that replaced the piece. When I went to the other shop I brought along two side pieces from Premier that he was supposed to have installed to make it all line up. When I showed them to the other shop owner he said that it wasn't even the 3M Scotchguard product I'd ordered. He said he could tell because the paper backing didn't have the 3M logo on it and the film had a yellow tint to it. read more
