They miswired my brand new self powered sub woofer which caused it to be ruined. The first denight it was ruined and said it sounded fine, which was total BS. After hours of arguing he agreed to replace the sub with no warranty. Already sounding fishy. After weeks of unanswered, stalking tactics phone calls the owner said my amp was in. It was not a new amp in original packaging. Just the bare unit. I asked who his distributor was and he said he couldn't tell me that. Also the serial number had been removed. He said they had to because he would not warranty product. What I believe really happened, is he sent out for repair. I haven't had the time yet to take nit to a reputable dealer to check and install it yet. I'm afraid of what might happen. I expect a business to to the right thing and own up to the fact they made install errors and replaced with exactly what I had which was a brand new unit. They are a cheat and liars. I'm also going to report them to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE read more

I can't tell you enough about how great this shop is. I had a RZR and the stereo stopped working about 5 days before a big event. when I called the shop, Ramon was so helpful! He said they were two weeks out for an appointment, so I was disappointed, but understood. He asked my situation and I explained it to him. He wanted to help, so said I could bring my car in and drop it off. They would try and squeeze it in so I had a stereo for the weekend. When they were able to get to the car, they found the amp was bad. They had to order a waterproof one, so I thought I was done.. Nope, Ramon came through and put an extra amp from the shop in my RZR so I had tunes for the weekend..Who does this? That's right... Elite Auto Sound does! Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Ramon of Elite Auto Sound. I had an unfortunate mishap with my 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe Shark fin antenna. Truth be told, I backed out of my garage with the door still opening, and I damaged the Shark Fin beyond repair. Lessons learned: pay more attention and don't go to a Dealer to get it replaced for triple the cost, if not more. I asked myself, what kind of business efficiently takes off inside panels and headliners? Answer: businesses that install audio equipment. I'm sure glad I found the Team at Elite Audio Sound. I purchased the Shark Fin online for 1/3 of the dealer's ripped-off cost; then Elite replaced the antenna in less than two hours--another reason to support small businesses that won't rip a consumer off. They did a great job installing a complete GPS system that had features such as unlock, lock, kill ignition, unkill ignition, honk horn lane a plethora of other really cool features. All of that can be done remotely from you phone from anywhere. Other companies in the area would not do the install and I realized why after the fact. I had some electrical problems with it due to an after market alarm system. He went so far out of his way to walk me through what I needed to do to get my truck started so that we weren't stranded. Eric did an amazing job installing/wiring up my 2023. Very expensive in my opinion...but, honestly you get what you pay for. Good conversation, super transparent team and a final product you'll be happy with. Paid $440 for just wiring and install since I already had the amp and sub. Seems really expensive compared to the $280 I paid for install in another state on a different vehicle. Whatever, I'd go back. Going back for the remote start and eventually to upgrade my sub and amp and not electrocute myself. Thanks Eric! read more

First off I want to say that this location is badass I've been coming to these guys for almost 3 years now. They've done tint for my 95 5 Series BMW, 1998 Honda CRV, and then retint my Honda when someone broke one of my windows. They use great tint material and warranty their product. There locally located here in Garden City and are always quick when it comes to doing the work. I've referred a couple different people to them and all of my friends are always happy with the work. If you're looking for a tint location that does awesome work with warranty and can get you scheduled usually within a week or so this is the place to come they accept cash or card. I had Elite Auto Sound install an Apple CarPlay system in my Land Cruiser. The unit came from Australia w/ some pretty lacking instructions. I also supplied an additional cable to take over the native usb plug in a reversible way. I showed up with a box of parts and some posts from an Internet forum. The install was done on time. The price was great. The system functions exactly as it should. Lots of dash removal to get it done. No scratches or broken clips. I can't tell it's ever been apart. Got a lot of pushback from other shops. These guys were awesome to work with. Will be back. read more

Scheduled to have my tail lights painted a few weeks in advance, they told me it'd take the day and I could pickup by 530. I had my ride take me (30 min drive) to pick it up I was there at almost 6pm and the lights weren't even man from the painter yet...had to sit there waiting with the kids for about 30ish minutes. Upon installing the lights he said "your going to love them". And soon as they pulled out my car, I could see bumps all over the right light specially and looked like light scratches where someone tried to rub it, when pointing it out he walked off and into his shop.  They also missed a section on each light so 2 red areas standing out. A few days later we scheduled a day for them to be fixed. I dropped it off Thursday night,  was supposed to be ready for me Friday by 4. They called me about noon saying the guy was slammed and asking if they could keep my car until Saturday about 3-330. I said ok, but was irritated because I had scheduled this days prior and already paid why am I coming last. This is our only family car. Anyways, Saturday I called about 1030 and asked if it was still gonna be 3 330. Ramon said he'd call me back.  130pm came along still no call back. I had my brother call, and they told him it will now be "4 OR 5pm" I'm coming from Caldwell and need to plan a ride. These people suck with communication and over scheduling. Also made me feel like a liar about the scratches over the bumps saying they didn't do it. Not cool to pay for something that doesn't get done right and I keep having to drive 30+min and then have to wait on my car for longer than I was told. If Friday wasn't gonna work out as planned I could have waited to drop it off until Saturday morning. They had a Ford window they were tinting and it was sitting out on concrete and rocks with no protection and something sitting on top of it. Not professional at all. One hour each way for me and honestly a waste of my time. So I picked up my car this 2nd time and, tail lights scratched. Ramon said we could "polish" it later (to soft to do now) but also they chipped the lower part of my lights!!!  That is not fixable I'd rather just have a refund at this point, than to keep driving back and forth an hour and leaning my car for longer than expected...but ya, the scrapes are not fixeable read more
