Pricey dry cleaning, and that's fine for a great product and service, but not so great for average dry cleaning. My extremely negative experience relates to someone liking my stuff and trying to make it theirs. If you have no choice but to use them, never pay, grab your things and leave. ALWAYS check to make sure they have actually given back all your items, even if they assure you it's all there. CHECK IT YOURSELF! Never know what article of clothing someone there likes of yours and try's their best to separate it from you. Again, if you have to use them, make sure they give you all your items before leaving, never accept them saying it's all there, you gotta check for yourself. read more

All the Coats I gave them to clean came back dirty. I didn't have time for them to redo it. They won't give me my uncleaned cloth unless I pay in full. The owner won't answer his call. I would not will not go back there again. read more

!!!!BEWARE!!!! This place has the rudest customer service ever and the owner is even worse. Heaven forbid they ruined/mess up something because they are not to blame for it according to them you are. They will find every excuse for them to not be blamed for anything. They will also lie about the way they process your items. They have multiple locations but their main location is the worst because of where it's located, you almost get in an accident when pulling in or you can't even pull in because of the traffic! I can't figure out how to leave an update to my review regarding Custom Care ruining three silk dresses, so I'm adding another related to the same issue. I finally got around to donating these dresses yesterday as Custom Care tragically rendered them unwearable. They obviously have not been worn since being cleaned and one of them has a very distinct antiperspirant (which I do not use) smell in the underarms. Y'all, I think in addition to ruining my dresses, one of the employees must have worn one of them out as well. Horrifying! read more

We went here to preserve our friend's wedding dress as a gift. The 1st box they gave us wasn't properly sealed all the way so we took it back and explained the situation. They took excellent care of us and put the dress in a brand new box for us. They showed us the box and made sure everything looked good to go before they handed it back to us. After speaking with the employees at custom care about wedding dress cleaning, I brought my wedding dress in and was reassured by the staff that it would be no problem to remove the stains and restore the dress. After picking the dress up over a week later, not only were the stains not removed, but the quality of the fabric was diminished. I decided to reach out to the cleaners manager Candy to try and find resolution. It took many days to get in contact with her and once I did she was rude and blamed me for expecting the dress to be perfectly cleaned after one of her employees assured me it would be. Then she blamed the fact that the employee was new and didn't know better. I think if you're charging a pretty penny for wedding dress cleaning, the customer should be made fully aware of the possibility that the dress might not be fully restored. My only regret is not taking a closer look at the dress while at the dry cleaners before paying. They did not offer me any resolution and frankly didn't care at all that the dress was still dirty. I guess since they already had my money it doesn't really matter to them anyway. The customer service here is awful and they do not care if your happy or not once you've paid. DO NOT get your wedding dressed cleaned here. read more

I rarely use a dry cleaning service but this is now the only place I will ever go. Everything was incredibly clean and new which makes one feel good when they're handling your clothes. I has an almost impossible ink stain on a silk blouse and it was removed in a day for $6. read more

Terrible. $31.50 for 5 items, 4 of which were still wrinkled and only marginally cleaner than when I brought them in. The first time I got my clothes cleaners here there were no issues, but this time it was the worst clothes-dry cleaning job I've ever had. Definitely not coming back here again. Extremely poor customer service in the Mahan branch. We went to inquire about the prices of some clothes we wanted to be dry cleaned and the lady at the counter was not really nice when we asked her about a discount coupon that we had gotten some time ago. Since, we hesitated about leaving our clothes there, the lady recommended to "wash our clothes ourselves" which is not the kind of recommendation that we were expecting. Because of that, we were really disappointed and decided to leave. I would recommend some customer service training to the staff. read more
