My 4 items came out to about double what I expected. Next Day turn around So I dropped of 4 items and was told everything would be ready the next day after 4 PM. Show up at 5PM the next day and only half of my stuff was ready. Show up at 5PM the next day and everything is ready. No problem, stuff happens and I can understand a delay. I paid for my stuff and was floored by the price. Overall, they do a good job of cleaning, but it's really pricey. If you value a drive through or it's right next to your house/work then probably a good choice. If not, might want to look elsewhere.

Well, the pants weren't stained when I took them in. They lied. They finally admitted that they had lost the pants. It was made clear to me by the attendant who answered the phone that finding lost garments is a very low priority at this business. One would think that the most basic level of service would be "We won't lose your property, but if we do we'll make every effort to find it. And we'll have the courtesy to return your phone call." I waited five days before posting this in order to give the business reasonable time to resolve the problem. That hasn't happened. I called to speak to the manager (with whom I had spoken in person on Tuesday) on Thursday morning and was told he was doing an interview and would call me as soon as he was finished.
