He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. Mind you they got paid every single dollar and then some old to them but I have to use the bathroom in a whole in the floor like I'm in a African jungle because that's how they left my bathroom. And other parts of my house. I'm constantly chasing vermin bugs and anything else coming into my home because they left my damage door like that. Our deck is damaged because they allowed their workers to dump heavy equipment, paint, wood, and other items, making it unsafe to stand on. As a result, the way the fans were placed, they kept blowing out our boiler and on the coldest days of the month we had no heat. We had to call our HVAC company who cleaned everything since soot was blowing back and they believed the chimney needed to be cleaned. So we called a chimney sweep company who said it was clean. The HVAC company came back again and it was discovered the fans were causing a backdraft. We were cold for 3 days and had to borrow electric heaters to stay warm. We requested to be reimbursed for the cost of the HVAC company (not the chimney sweep company) for a total of $196.00. Mr Garner refused to pay us for the neglect of his companies placement of the fans. Being this is a new company, you would think they would want to be professional and have good customer service. Not the case. The tech who was visible all 3 days was very professional and polite, however, his company should take notes from him on how to treat customers. We don't recommend them
