I had a few different estimates to paint the outside of my home and I decided to go with Neftali because he seemed like an honest guy. I did have to wait a few weeks for them to begin my job because they were busy but I'm ok with that because once they started everything went very well. The outside of my home was cedar stained in natural color and it was starting to turn silver which I did not like. Neftali came with 2 other guys and they power washed the house with a solvent and removed all the mold. They then stained the entire house and did all the trim work. The house looks so good that my neighbors have commented to me how great the paint job is. I can't recommend this company enough. From the first day they were very clean. They protected everything. The trim work was done very neat without spillover. They did a top notch job and used top notch stain and paint. They showed up every day until the work was done. It is always difficult to find a company you can trust. After seeing the outstanding work Neftali and his team did on our neighbor's house in Seaford (see Emily B's review), we asked him for a quote to scrape and paint the front of our house. We also asked him for a quote to power wash and stain our deck. When we accepted his quote he told us he would start in 2-3 weeks, but of course bad weather delayed the start. During that time, Neftali stopped by our house several times to apologize for the delay in starting the work. How many contractors would actually care enough to do that? He just completed the work today and I can't describe how good everything looks. It is clear that he treats every project as if he is working on his own home. We just had Nefta do a sheetrock/insulation/spackling/painting job for us and we are very, very pleased!! A++ work and at a reasonable price. He arrived exactly when he promised and took the time to do the job right. My husband was very impressed at what he was doing each step of the way and felt that it was a quality job. I can't believe he was able to finish this big project in one day (it would have taken my husband a week and too much spackle sanding to bear!). The finished product turned out better than my expectations....the ceiling is so smooth and you can't even tell where all the repairs/replaced sheetrock is. These guys were so professional and finished ahead of schedule that was tight to begin with. Every room was very clean during the process which was important with my little kids and dog constantly around. We had custom colors come in an freshen up the house before we put it on the market. Neftali is a very talented painter. He painted the outside of the house, shutters, and painted our window grilles black. It looks amazing! He power washed our outside and then used a special wash on our paver walkway to ensure they weren't damaged. He also undertook the challenge of stripping almost 100 years of paint off of our outside door to bring it to it's natural wood. He takes extra care with everything he tackles.
