For years, before Brittany, I would ask for crazy colors or several different colors of blond highlights and stylists would just do what they wanted to do or or what seemed to be easier rather than executing the style I wanted. I felt no one was actually listening to me and I have a great eye for unique style so they should listen to me ;). When I finally found Brittany I was so delighted because she actually listens to what I want done to my hair. And the results have been beautiful. She listens and also gives sound advice. For example, one time I wanted to go platinum blonde with my long long hair and she advised against it and told me how risky it was to my hair's health to go that light in one treatment.
