I needed to get Greek letters made & didn't want to drive more than 20 minutes, so I went here based on Yelp reviews & it's proximity. I'd never gotten letters made before, so I was happy that Mr. Kim was extremely helpful & made the process stress-free. I brought in one jacket & picked out one he had in stock (Pro-club hoodie). I knew how I wanted one jacket to be designed, but had no idea for the other. Luckily, Mr. Kim had a binder full of photos of different Greek letters he had made. I got inspiration & went for a lace layover design. On his computer, he showed me different styles of colors/words that I wanted, so I could see what'd look best. For both jackets, I got Greek letters on the front, and tags on the lower back & both sleeves. The turnover was FAST & the stitching looked super clean. I ordered late afternoon & was able to pick it up next day. I ordered in the summer, so keep in mind it wasn't peak ordering season for Greek life. The prices here are a bit higher than Joy's in Riverside or Fam Bam in SD, but it's completely fair seeing as he has such a fast turnover (hours/days here vs weeks at other places) and the store's proximity if you live nearby. I came in a few weeks later to order a set of letters for a friend. Same great experience. And even faster turnover! I picked it up after just 3 hours. 5 stars all the way for Custom Embroidery. H & M Military Supply did not want my business, they seem to dislike veterans and active duty members, but wanted to charge $32 and wait two weeks so I found Custom Embroidery. They have a software where a font and thread color can be selected and the letters will be sewn in the hat. I got to watch the process.
