Upon receiving my parts i received a dunlop front tire for a motorcycle in a box that was labeled as closeout panels. I contacted them only to receiver the run around and to tell me that i need to check with polaris. They acted like they didnt believe me even after i emailed them a pictures of the tire and the box. I have been in a constant struggle tring to receive a refund and have offered to ship the tire back but cant get anywhere. I even filed a complaint with paypal and they didnt do anything either saying that i received my part. I would rate this company very low on service and customer satisfaction. They even installed a brand-new Memphis Shades windshield on it at my request without asking for additional payment. It took me three weeks to get there but I found the staff pleasant and helpful. No complaints. I bought the bike and rode it home. LOVE IT!!! Great highway machine! I would not hesitate to buy another bike there although at my age it's likely this will be my last bike. We pulled over into a local Walgreens . We called uhaul, who instructed us an authorized dealer would be called (Tony's ) . Our wait time provided by uhaul was 45 mins . In less then 20 mins an employee equipped with hydronic tools came and changed out two rims and tires . They were fast and courteous and had us on our way , total time in just over 30 mins .
