When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.

They charged us $152 for 2 tees! Which, btw is absolutely ridiculous considering not only did we provide our own t shirts, the images, per their request showed them exactly where the image placement needed to be and contacted them appropriately 4 days prior via their website to discuss the color issue we were having and scheduled to meet them 06/03/26 for pick up. Prior to our arrival they refused to give us a price stating we needed to discuss the design further in person. After taking our payment they then asked if we would come back at 8pm! Look pal, for $152.00 there is no way I'm driving back to Palm Desert on a 110 degree day to pick up these tees and so they managed to get them done in approximately 40 mins. On top of all this joy they failed to provide an itemized receipt of the services and due to entire experience there was no chance in hell I was going back for it. Look, we are not unreasonable people, we needed these 2 tees for the Palm Springs Fire Department Fish Fry event we are working on 06/06/26 and we are aware that we reached out approximately 4 days prior to the event could be consider last minute. But $152?! These tees should be serenading me in The melodious "Ave Maria" à la Pavarotti in his prime for that price. We were expecting a $60-100 price range, because again, we provided our own tees, design and placement. Our only concern being the timeline and the color and instead we get had for $152. Remember I also scoured the reviews and just a year ago another customer had full custom adult tees completed for their pickle ball tournament at $40 a piece and kids tees done at $30 on Yelp.
