Always greeted with a smiling face and I know that my mail and packages are safe at that facility!

Disappointing. I brought products for packaging and shipping on a Friday afternoon at 3:36pm and paid for delivery and supplies in the total amount of $67.89 for a Saturday delivery as evidenced by my Aim Receipt. Three days later, Monday at 430pm, Fed Ex Tracking still showed my package at Aim Mail Center. Upon calling, I was told that I arrived on Friday after Fed Ex did their last pick up and that delivery service and time of delivery is "not guaranteed", Even when printed on your receipt. According to the Fed Ex website, today, Monday at 437pm Aim still has my package, so it is difficult to believe that I missed the last pick up on Friday. The lack of transparency and honesty when dealing with customers here is unfortunate. I will reconsider using them in the future and go to the other Mail Center located on S. Palm Canyon. read more

There is a young man with long hair and a ponytail and painted nails that was so professional and had such great energy that I may go back, even though that is not near my house. It's so refreshing to interact with someone kind and capable . Also the prices are reasonable there. read more

Just had to say something here and share with all my Yelpers of the world how incredibly CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented this business is ! Just blown away at the treatment of my requests / needs over the phone, the fact that Dave came all the way to my home to pick up a 55 lbs item that had to be shipped and shipped carefully. Dave went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty to help me get this item and several other smaller items mailed off to their respective destinations & customers. After sustaining a foot injury I am not able to drive the car over to Mail my packages ... at least for the next 3 months or so. AIM Mail Centers @ the Smoke tree Commons plaza understood my plight and took a CAN DO attitude to resolve it. It's most unfortunate that the mailboxes place where I normally mail my customers packages, in the Stater Bros Plaza, whom I have been giving business to for YEARS.... Too bad they took such a bad attitude to my requests. I will be moving ALL my business to AIM Mail Centers from now on. read more

I try to send a package to Mexico and the guy who took care of me was SUPER RACIST, he told me that if I wanted to send a package from the US the address I'm sending it needs to be in English because I live in a English speaking country. This review is to tell everyone of a wonderful experience we had with Aim Mail in Palm Springs in the past week. It started with us leaving a wallet with drivers license, credit cards, a small amount of cash in our hotel room after checking out. The hotel retrieved the wallet from our room and recommended we contact Aim Mail to pick up the wallet and ship it to us in Los Angeles. I rarely need to use notary services, but this location was convenient and the notary was on duty when I called and then visited. I was charged correctly for 2 notarized signatures on a Power of Attorney document. What I did not expect were the two additional $15 charges imposed for 2 witnesses that my document also needed. These charges were not listed on my receipt as Notary services. They were listed as Office Services. But they were a complete surprise until it was time for payment. And the 2 notarized signatures that were correctly billed for were not actually witnessed at all. The notary took our document to a back office and came back with the 2 signatures filled in where it indicated Witness signatures were needed. When I requested a refund because the witnesses did not actually "witness" anything, the manager refused. When I called around later to other notary services such as the UPS office in nearby Cathedral City, I was informed that they do not charge for witness signatures. read more

I rarely write a review, let alone a bad review. The store manager did not give me an estimate of the charges, nor inform me that I would be charged for labor for the packaging. Called several times for an estimate. I understand the expense of shipping these days, but feel they took advantage, over charged- were not upfront of cost of packaging. Very extremely disappointed. I rented a box at AIM so I could receive packages when I'm away. Overall it worked out fairly well. I never received mail there. When a package arrived they would email me. However, I failed to note in my calendar when the year expired, and when it did they made no attempt to contact me. When I went in to cancel the box, they refused to return the key deposit, because I didn't get the renewal notice. Very annoying, very lazy, and they gave a lot of attitude about it. I was facing a deadline to get 5 documents notarized and shipped back to the east coast on short notice. AIM was slammed with customers and they were short staffed today. But Shelly took the time to print all my documents from digital, notarize everything taking into account the other state's requirements, re-scan the newly signed documents and email them to the recipient for review, and package up for overnight shipment. Then on top of that, I needed three documents laminated and i noticed they cut keys, so I had that taken off my to-do list as well. Truly a one-stop shop. If I had expected such service back home in San Francisco, they would have laughed at me. My hat's off to Shelly, their notary, for handling my requests with good humor and professionalism. I'll also mention that I observed the rest of their staff while getting all this done. All are top-notch! read more

I recently went here to get some personal info faxed. There were three employees behind the counter standing and not doing anything. When I finally finished the cover sheet for the fax, I had to tell the guys, "don't all come at once to help me". Then to make matters really bad, the tall heavy set guy was reading my personal info as the fax was being completed. I really did not appreciate this! It was none of his business..did not even say "Thank you". Poor service and unprofessional all the way around. read more

This place will upcharge you without reason or care to explain! I used to come here for printing services for my class... so I would come once a week and print out some papers. Today, I was charged extra (an amount that doesn't make sense). 7.50 for 38 pages. I did the math - the menu posted stated $2.50 base pay for first 15 pages printed, and .15 cents for each page after. Should have been charged 5.95... when I questioned it and asked for clarity the rude man rolled his eyes at me and walked away and left someone else to answer me. I talked with the other associate and he explained that the man who told him to charge me $7.50 is the owner and can charge what he wants. Umm what?! So based on his mood he can increase prices without warning or explanation? This just encouraged me to buy a printer so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Owner was very rude and disrespectful. We were introduced to Patricia, their "designer," and she discussed several options, including the use of some stock we had on hand. We had a PDF proof the next day and it was exactly what we had discussed...just beautiful. More expensive than the post office and they will not scan prepaid packages to check them into the system. The reason I was given was that the post office does not consistently scan them during shipment and they do not want to be held liable for having officially accepted a package. Also, the man did not bother telling me that there is a real post office in the strip mall in the back, so I wasted my time driving to the one farther away. Won't be back. read more
