I won't name my stylist because I think they are knowledgeable but...really not a good interpreter of what I wanted and defensive about toning. I know hair needs toning on occasion. But my hair cannot have toner left on for more than 5 minutes as it's super porous and the results are awful. My 3rd visit, the toner (applied by an assistant, not my stylist) was left on for close to 20 minutes. I timed it. No idea where my stylist went. I mentioned it the next time I went in and it didn't seem to go well. The artist seemed irked. Another stylist was at the bowl when we were there (toning) and made a remark about "don't leave it on too long." So my stylist had gone I. The back room and complained. And the other person felt comfortable being bitchy to me. I'm out. I always tipped 20%. Never asked for a color correction. But that was it for me. There was a general bitchy vibe that did not work for me.

I've had wonderful experiences there but especially with Jamie in the spa and Holly and Amber for my hair. Jamie is an extremely talented professional and generally cares about our clients many things stand out, but most of all she builds deep, lasting relationships of the people she serves. She remembers important details about their lives, checks in with them with sincerity, making every appointment feel personal and meaningful rather than transactional. This is exactly why she keeps so many of her clients long-term. We feel tremendous connection and loyalty to her in addition to getting superior services. It's been distressing to watch the Spa decline over the years what it was once a place I found in inviting to visit now has become tired, neglected, and in desperate need of attention. Even for before this decline, I had been concerned about the pedicure chairs that were installed a long time ago. I believe they are safety hazard. I can no longer climb up into one, and I see other customers having the same difficulty. I think you're being unwise not to consider how precarious they are. Overall, the place appears dirty and worn. The space is outdated, stuffy, and simply not well maintained. It's most of all upsetting to see such an exceptional employees Jamie working conditions that don't reflect the quality of her services. Believe me, her clients were maintained because of her not because of the Spa environment. There seems to be a lack of investment by ownership in the business. Jamie and all your staff deserve a beautiful safe environment to work in. You're lucky to have such talented, caring professionals. First we discussed what my goal was regarding color and cut. I showed her pictures and she showed me samples. We selected the right base color with the perfect amount of foils to give my hair just the right amount of contrast. There wasn't any testing or painting of color. She just did exactly what I wanted. ( I had asked for this at a previous salon which told me they had to do a test appointment first.) As for the cut, this lady knows what she is doing! I showed her pictures and just like that it was perfect! I don't usually buy hair products or automatically schedule my next appointment. But with Lia there was no question! I am booked in 5 weeks and because I want to keep this color I asked about the correct shampoo to use. She never pushed the product. Most importantly, I felt very comfortable there! Very nice people!

I have naturally brown hair that had been dyed a reddish color, with highlights and I had been cutting it myself :/ Demi took me in, fixed my cut, and she went to town bleaching it so that we could dye it purple with a little pink, yellow, blue and red!!! It turned out AMAZING! You can see it in my profile picture for Yelp! Demi was super nice and also took the time to show me how to properly put on basic make-up (eye liner I had been doing wrong for YEARS). She was super sweet, as was Margita, the owner. I will definitely be going back to these guys every month or two to see what crazy things we can come up with for my hair. I've never gotten more compliments on my hair in my life.
