Both were installed by different car stereo specialist businesses, but I would experience random drops in sound and never could get consistency in my music - it became a nuisance and I was frustrated when I drove - what shoudl have been a pleasure was frustrating. I took the truck to Todd Electronic Radio and had Mike go through the installations. He found some issues with the wiring that were contributors and found that the settings on the receiver were not best and when he got everything synced - MAN what a difference! I didn't need to replace anything - I just needed it to work together (as intended). Todd only charged me for an hour of his time and I left with my stereo system completely put together right and have had no issues since then. I would completely recommend them if you have auto electronic issues. I have found no one as experienced and committed to getting things right as these folks! November 21, 2021 I purchased touchscreen apple carplay for my 2017 infiniti QX60 suv, which required a $100 down payment that I paid on the day of purchase. The item was installed in my 2017 infiniti qx60 suv on February 21, 2022 which required me to pay $924 payment to complete the transaction on my credit card that same day. Prior and post service installation I was never given an invoice for the item I originally purchased nor was I presented any documentation for me to sign. The only thing I received was receipts that I paid for both transactions. Once I realized that the item was not touchscreen apple carplay I immediately contacted Nate the rep for Dino's Audio. I explained to him that this is not what I ordered and he responded by saying unfortunately it is not touchscreen and you will have to use the stereo knob to operate. I continue to explain my dissatisfactions and Nate just continues to suggest alternate options for me to utilize the item. Nate even suggested I go to amazon to purchase an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter to use. I told Nate that I want to return the item and had to continue to call several times in order for him to get this item returned, which is the reason why it took from February 2022 to May 2022 to get completed. Once the employees at Dinos Audio removed the item on May 4, 2022 Nate handed my keys and I had to ask him about my refund. This is when he said for the first time that they don't refund only store credits. Obviously this was not told to me before or during the entire process. This policy is not on the website nor presented to me anytime from November 21, 2021 through May 4, 2022. Now I went back to Dino's audio on May 6th, 2022 at 4pm to request all documents that I signed. Nate did not have any documents I signed and he only gave me an invoice which is the first time I received and says at the bottom "no refunds. only store credits''. At the end of all of this I was rewarded a full refund $1024 through my credit union.

They seam to only be open a few days a week, every other week or so, but have a sign posted letting you know the next days they're scheduled to be open. The owner was friendly and welcomed me in. I was always curious what they had, and was pleased to find they have a nice selection of vinyl, sorted by genre and alphabetically, as well as old stereo components (receivers, turntables, cd decks, etc) from many manufacturers. They carry array of speakers in all sizes, and and brands, as well as a small selection of used CDs, Cassettes, and old concert posters. I enjoyed my visit, unfortunately, much of what I looked at was out of my budget. Still fun to look, and a bit nostalgic, with so much of the world going digital. Check them out if you have time.

He was never pushy, and helped us put together a sound system that will make spending time in the car much more enjoyable. I was concerned about rattles and things not fitting properly, as we are restoring the car and want it to look perfect as well as perform perfectly. They custom built mounting boxes for the shelf speakers and even managed to find a carpet material that matched the parcel shelf. They also lined everything in dynamat, to enhance sound as well as prevent rattles. As a result, everything looks great and sounds fantastic!
