When I contacted the gas company to have the gas turned back on they came out inspected the work that was done by Joe and alerted me to the fact that the repair wasn't done to code and was a safety hazard. As a result, they could not turn the gas back on. I called Joe and he said he would be back the next day to fix it correctly...and the next day came and went...unfortunately didn't hear back from him. While they did not provide a quote prior to the trip, the onsite guy wrote one up really quick. They charge a flat hourly rate and he estimated 3 hours. He did it all in less than two and bill was significantly lower than estimate. Would definitely call them again.
