I've been a customer since the company was started by sisters Lindsey and Laura several years ago. Their senior rate beats the pants off any other waste disposal company's. They have never - not once! - missed a pick-up. The rare times they've been late have been due to equipment issues, and they have always come the next day when this occurred. I've never had any problem contacting them if I had questions or concerns. Another thing I appreciate about Pickers is that they are very respectful of my property - unlike the big companies, their guys never leave the emptied trash bin out in the street. They always put it back exactly where they found it. In my 27 years of living in my house, I've had several really crappy, rude, disrespectful and expensive trash collection services. I've fired more than I can remember. Pickers is head and shoulders above the rest, which is why I've been their customer for so long. I'm surprised that others have had such negative experiences because I've never seen anything of the sort they describe. I wouldn't use anyone else.
