And here's the amazing part--before we even got home, he texted us a picture of his pick-up truck with the slabs in the back. It almost put a tear in my eyes after our bad experience. His installation crew showed up a day before the promised completion date and worked the whole day (into the evening) to make sure the fit was just right. It looks amazing. The craftsmanship on our custom cabinets is phenomenal, they refinished everything perfectly and even created a gorgeous custom pantry door with window panes that instantly elevated the space. They converted our sink to a farmhouse style and handled all the plumbing and piping seamlessly. Abel, Juan, and Juan's sons were incredibly hardworking, on a few occasions, they even worked late into the night and early morning to make sure everything was done right. After two trips to Home Depot to get the tool needed to remove the old faucets, I realized these were not as easy as youtube led me to believe. Even with explanations and pictures I was told that it was $99 just for an estimate and up to $300 for each Faucet! It's rare that it goes that smoothly these days so I was very happy. He ran out to get the additional parts, finished the project pretty quickly, with everything functioning well. However, the backing plate was placed upside down, with weep hole facing up, and chalking not finished. We were able to do the finishing details ourselves to avoid water intrusion.
