Been to this store so many times already since we are doing a completely 360 turn to our house and never been dissatisfied with their customer service. Every visit, all staff are so friendly and willing to help with our needs, questions and even try to come with solutions. Today, John (sales consultant) left us speechless! The items that we were looking for(tile), showed not available on the Lowes app and there was just a few boxes on the shelves. Not even for the amount we needed. John went above and beyond to verify it they had in stock the amount we needed and found them! Took a few minutes to get them down, cashiered us, and walked us to our vehicle to help unload them. I'd give them a 0 if I could!! My husband went into Lowe's this evening around 7pm to 9pm. He followed around the store by employees and even was watched, while he was making his purchase. What ever you do, do not purchase a hisense freezer. Had it for 1 1/2 years and the door started to warp. Which caused all my food to go bad. The warranty said they can't cover it. So I believe all Hisense products are not made of quality work. Save your money, buy a different freezer. read more

Lowe's does not want my business. I went into LOWES just to buy an apple and Starbucks gift card. I was at the self check out and the store clerk came over and snatched the gift cards out of my hand. I was told if you want it back you need to pay for it because that's our store policy for you people. I told the clerk i rang up the gift card and i was about to pay . The store clerk at self check out response was if you want it back then pay. I decided to leave the store. I was going to use Lowes to remodel my kitchen.I even increased the balance on my card. Poor service. I found out the hard way that I had a wooden shed delivered to my house in anticipation that I would assemble it. Because I had pacemaker surgery, I was restricted for 4-6 weeks to completely use my left arm. So I decided to call Lowes to get an estimate. Since I had the shed delivered already, they won't touch it. The restrictions are really unreasonable. It seems they want to Jack up the charges for everything. They wanted to do everything, even if I didn't want them to. It would have been nice if the store would have advised me if this restriction, so I could have made an informed decision. read more

I am so disappointed at Lowe's in East Palmdale and their delivery service. On 5/29 Lowe's delivery team delivered a double door refrigerator, which I purchased for my disabled mother. That day I was in the kitchen busy removing the food items out from the old fridge and cooking, since I had less than a ten minute warning they were on their way. My mother watched the two young men struggle to bring the fridge in, heard the bang. They decided not to remove the front door. Also, she told them once in the house to come by way of the den that has a double door entry. The wanted to come in by an arch way that would be a tight fit. I saw him measuring the door way, confused what he was doing considering the obvious open double doors in the family room. Sorry, back to my main complaint. They hit the front door and caused damage to it, now I cannot close my door without pushing it in to lock, otherwise it will swing open if it is windy. No one NEVER came out to my house to access the damages! Even when I went the same day and showed pictures of the damages, called two days later left messages, emails and walked in again spoke with Jessie assistant manager complaining I was still waiting to hear from someone. I called/emailed the store manager Sergio just to wait five days later later to be told they are not held responsible and will have the delivery company call me. It took all my time have a claim submitted a week later. Today I have received a letter from the warehouse company that delivered the refrigerator, to tell me that they asked the delivery men if they caused any damaged when they delivered the refrigerator. They denied it and now I have to pay for the repairs and a new door for someone else's mistake. I am more than angry. No one has ever called me without me reaching out to them. No one's come to my house to look at the refrigerator for damages . Instead I was asked by one of the store managers to pull the refrigerator out and see if there's damages. I am recovering from carpal tunnel surgery, and my mother is disabled, how the hell am I supposed to pull a double wide stainless steel refrigerator out by myself? It is needless to say that my household, and all my relatives and friends will not be going to this Lowe's ever again I have spent money throughout the years, always frequenting the store. We've purchased tile flooring. We have painted the house and laid out a new garden. They don't care about the customer all they care about is filling their pockets with our money! read more

Review is for Flooring Department: We were in need of carpet ASAP and came in to see what our options were. We originally checked things out in the Lancaster store but had to wait a day before making a final decision. We decided to make the purchase at our local Palmdale Lowe's. We were met by Joseph in the flooring department. We explained to him what we wanted and discussed our options that had been explained to us in the Lancaster store. Apparently the guy in Lancaster was new and not as well trained or experienced as Joseph. He quickly put our minds at ease and explained in great detail what our options were. He was so helpful and thorough, we felt very comfortable and confident working with him. He worked extra hard to make sure things went as smoothly and quickly as possible. This young man is quite impressive. He's only 19 and has been with the company for just 18 months, yet he was quite professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. For the most part this store is clean and quiet but to not have Apple Pay during these tough times?!?!? Really?!?!? And plus when the cashier told me they don't offer Apple Pay she still didn't even offer an apology or any kind of professional response. This is directly for customer service/pick up. My wife and I had ordered stuff for pick up, we waited and received our pick ready email. So we head over mind you we live in Lancaster so we drive a good 20 minutes to pick up our stuff when we arrive we get helped immediately which was the only plus, as were being helped they say they can't find our order that they must not have what we ordered in stock so we cancel our order and decide to walk Lowe's to see what we can find. As we are looking, a worker comes up to us asking if we needed any help and shows us where everything we had ordered was. He apologized and took as back to customer service asking why they said they didn't have the our items there as, as my wife is arguing with them another worker suddenly finds our order, but they were being extremely rude when all we wanted was our order so we took our business elsewhere. I really hope this isn't a frequent thing but I do believe I should've been helped a little better since it was their mistake. I don't suggest ordering from here seems to me they're very lazy up in costumer service. read more

We recently purchased a rental property in Palmdale and I had to purchase some materials at this Lowe's. This is my first time at this particular store because I live in Santa Clarita and I had to buy things that I was unfamiliar with in the Plumbing section - I didn't see any one around to help me at that moment but a woman in a khaki vest came up to me and asked me if I needed help (she must have seen me looking around clueless). She was such a big help to me and pointed out all the things that I was looking for, going above and beyond! I was in and out of there because of her. I asked her for her name and she said it was Maritza and that if I needed any more help she was there. The store was clean and organized (or at least at the Plumbing department because that's where I was mostly concentrating on) and there's plenty of convenient parking. I came to Lowe's to lumber and was confused with the prices on the picket wood because online it said a price and in store it had a different price so i asked for help and a gentleman (JR in lumber) was amazing, he helped us out, changed the price to the correct one and offered to load the wood to my cart. I ordered online and needed delivery. Because of COVID, they were short on drivers and needed to change the delivery date. They communicated several days before and we were able to get our materials later that week. I had a minor issue with my delivery.
