I'd hate to do this because I have a business also, so I hate leaving negative reviews. My problem is this company doesn't give a f. About it's customers. Bought a set of wheels for my q7 with snows on them for the winter only, tires are directional. One of them was facing the wrong way so I paid to have it remounted and rebalanced. Drove for awhile and found out a misbalance in the wheels. So I went to rebalance multiple times and wheels are still shaking on highway speeds. Finally one of the shops had told me that my wheels are crooked? Like wtf they are brand new!!! Long story short, the company keeps giving me the runaround to go and ask a shop to measure how much of a "play" there is on each wheel. I tried contacting them again since no one in my area can measures that. Even though I sent them a video of the wheels wobbling around on a balancer - well that wasn't enough, they need the "run off numbers". This company has techs that are like robots - they don't listen to you. They just repeat the same shit over and over again. Makes you feel very appreciated for your business. Process started out great-until they got payed. Wheels are now 6 weeks past the delivery date I was told, while talking with them about this delay I discovered they do not do the powder coating in-house, this is very important to me and I was very specific about this before I placed the order because I didn't want to deal with a second company if I had challenges with the powder coating down the road. They stated they record all of their calls, so I have asked them to review the call from my original conversation where I ask about powder coating. I have the date on my phone so it was easy for them to verify. They refuse to review the call or provide a copy of the call. Horrible experience all around. Fantastic company to work with. Their staff spent quite awhile with me selecting products that fit, where other tire/wheel shops simply said "no." Then, once I settled on products, Custom Offsets took it and ran with it. Their communications were outstanding, through the sale process, mounting and balancing, shipping and tracking. And once received, everything bolted up without issue, no rubbing or fitment problems -- just perfect! The good and the bad Custom Offsets has a great website, easy to shop for what you want. Great selection and quality products. Ordered a complete set of wheels and tires for a F250, also ordered sensors and lug nuts. Customer Service needs some work though. Spoke with one salesman (Forgot his name) he was very nice and I received a lot information from him, but when I called back, he neither answered nor did he call back. It was challenging to get a hold of a sales person. Finally got another salesman by the name of Matt, very nice guy. Placed an order with him with the understanding that I wanted six sided spiked lug nuts. I received splined non spiked lug nuts instead. Called the following Monday and toke forever to get a hold of someone. Finally got a hold of a lady, she was nice. Told her what happened and she said she would send some new lugs out the next day. Paid extra for faster shipping and still took five days to receive the parts. When the lugs arrived there were only 24 lug nuts instead of 32. They sent a set meant for a F150 and this was after I noticed on my emailed receipt that they sold me a set for a F150. I even called back as soon as I noticed this error and spoke with the same lady and she assured me that they were sending me a box of 32. Called back the next day after receiving the lug nuts and spoke with the lady again and she verified the mistake and said that she would send me out the correct amount. Took a week to receive the lug nuts and they sent the same box of 24. This would be fine but now I will have to carry two lug nut keys in the glove box because not all sets take the same key. I could call back and get them to send me the correct part but it's just not worth the trouble. Nice people good products but they have some serious quality control issues. On top of all this Matt told me I would be receiving Gorilla lug nuts but received Vista lugs instead. Well I have read all these comments after I ordered my wheels from custom offsets. Seems like the owner is very busy responding to to all the customer complaints. Dude you are doing a lot of apologizing. The owner starts out by say " sorry for the confusion". is he serious? Dude (owner) none of these customers is confused. They have real issues with custom offsets customer service and handling the problems with their orders. My order recently came in and it was the wrong size wheels. The salesman was so desperate to get my credit card he flat out said the wheels would fit my truck. They did not. I took them to Discount Tires to mount on my truck and the technician open one of the 4 boxes and said these wheels will not fit your truck. In fact the manufacturer does not make those wheels in 17inch which is what I needed. As someone mentioned you get a lot of emails responses which can can sum up in one or two emails. This is a common delay tactic with custom offsets. We are waiting to see how they handle my refund. With all the negative comments my attorney thinks its time for the consumer protection agency steps in and investigate this company. read more

Please read full review as i have time stamped details near the bottom. CO did issue me a full refund in the end. Ordered wheel and tire package, ceramic coating, lugnuts and tpms sensors. $4k total. When arrived me and the delivery driver found every wheel has some sort of ding, chip and discoloration. It was noted by the driver on the shippers and my shipping invoice. Guessing discoloration is from improper ceramic coating process. I immediately contacted CO when I was told it had to be through email. Here is where the process gets funny. Read many complaints now about this same habit of customer service. I email and they reply that day or next day. Asking if I want $100 and keep wheels. That is like a slap in the face. I denied the money and said lets get a new set coming so they could redeem theirselves. Next offer was to SWAP. Thats where they ceramic coat new set of wheels and ship just the wheels where I then have to take the new wheel along with the old wheels to a local shop and have the shop swap sensors and tires to the new wheels. Pack the damaged wheels into the boxes the new wheels came in and ship back. Of course they offer to keep my CC on file so if they do not get the wheels they can charge my CC. That is fine. They also will pay $35 per tire to the shop for the swap. But for me I drive a honda and the wheels are for my Yukon that wont arrive for another few weeks. That means multiple trips to and from tire shop. A huge headache. So back to the emails. I have now emailed back and forth lots of times. Each time i get same question almost. Or asked if I dont want the swap deal do i want to start return. Like YES already I asked for return multiple emails already. I get email and reply back to CO and wont get a reply till CO is about to close. I answer email immediately just to get a generic email back saying they are closed and operate from X-X. this is like their trademark. Send email at last minute of work so when I respond they are closed. I have sent so many pictures. I have cameras outside and in garage showing the whole process of the delivery. I am starting to think this is how they get people to keep the wheels or something. Let me tell you CO. A 5 minute phone call and then emailing the details where I then answer the email in agreement would make this process super fast and effective. You get your documentation and a happy customer. I hope tomorrow we can finally start the return process. Other reviews on forums and BBB have me feeling nervous like I may never get a refund or if I do will be months away. Ordered a set of wheels for a Traverse, called before the wheels shipped to verify fitment and they base how/if wheels can fit by customer-submitted photos. No photos were provided of how these wheels would fit so I was told by Customer Service that they *should* fit and that if they didn't fit right, they could be returned as long as tires were never mounted on them. Never once did the Representative state that there was a ridiculous 20% restocking fee along with the buyer having to pay return shipping on the wheels. Custom Offsets cost us over $5,000 in LOSSES and still have not restored us as promised. On July 16th we placed our system matched rims on our truck. They immediately rubbed the trim, although they were matched to our specific truck. When we tried to remove them, they would not come off. They were fused to our truck. We called them and notified them and had the truck towed to a mechanic who confirmed the rims were not correct, and to remove them, it would cost around $1200. Custom Offsets was notified of the rims it inaccurately matched and sent to us. Throughout a grueling week we asked that they be responsible for the damages and after much back and forth, Custom Offsets finally agreed on July 20 it would be financially responsible. During this issue we had to rent a car to travel to work as a result of Custom Offsets inaccurate match in its systems both on web, mobile and verbally, which we also relayed. It cost us $831 for 5 days. We were told they would pay for the removal, but they asked we pay and they'd reimburse us...after a week of going back and forth. We paid $1182 out of pocket, in addition to the $831 for the car. Custom Offsets has been in receipt of the actual rims on July 27th, although Custom Offsets carrier had possession and confirmation on July 26th yet it has withheld the refund of $3,099.77 for the purchase for 6 days now without any indication of when we can expect our funds back. We have yet to be reimbursed. We have been given the run around and now we are being ignored. Now we are going to have to seek an attorney to recover all of our losses, including the outright theft of the $3k, considering they have their rims back and have kept our funds. Custom Offsets is responsible for a total of $5,113.61 in losses. Obviously I would not recommend shopping with them. I would not recommend relying on their inaccurate system to match to your vehicle. It could cost you a lot more financially and mentally in the end. I will update this review with the progress of the lawsuit, should it be necessary to move forward. read more

Great experience! Shipping was fast and everything was well packed. Very happy with how everything looks however I'm disappointed in the balance beads for my wheels. They suggest in the ordering process they're great so your wheels look better without weights but shortly after receiving my order they put out a video stating they're not great or recommended. Sure enough I have some bad balance issues and need to risk having my wheels damaged having a local shop remove the beads and properly balance them. Unfortunate as now the cost benefit of having them do the wheels for me is lost. read more

I purchased wheels that were on sale, it was the 'Vision Wheel Easter Sale' that they advertised for on their homepage. The wheels were 22% off and I added the tires (not included in the sale) The next day I decided to go with a different tire and they retracted the sale price of the wheels. I spent the entire next day arguing with customer service, particularly one exceptionally rude person named Sydney who was absolutely unwilling to look into the situation and would prefer to make me jump through hoops and prove they were having a sale. Eventually someone from their company came forward and showed that I did indeed buy them on sale and they refunded me the 22% over charge... Now the wheels arrive 4 days later then promised with no instructions or communication as to wether someone needs to be home or a delivery window. The wheels arrived scratched around the valve stems most likely from them installing the valves and a lot of visible paint defects on the face of the wheels including runs. Do not buy from custom Offsets. I called a sales rep from custom offsets, gave him the tire size and the design of the wheels from their own website. He sent me an email with a check out link, I then ordered the wheels thinking I was good. A few days later I went to the shop to install the wheels but they were rubbing on the brake calipers of my 2001 stock Toyota 4runner. Their online fitment guide was WAY off base and gave me wheels that made the rubber hit my upper control arm, and not just a little touch, I mean the tire was indented and you couldn't rotate them with your hands. I literally pulled forward and back in my driveway when I installed them to see how bad it was. A matter of feet! And they would not exchange or refund the wheels "because I drove on them", didn't hurt them, didn't even hurt the tires! I'm out a ton of money because of this dirt bag business! Because they have a terrible IT department who have no idea what the factory guidelines are for your car. Expensive lesson for me: I should have researched more but I chose to trust them! Hope it doesn't happen to you. Furthermore it takes forever to get your wheels and tires. I went to Performance Tire Plus for my replacements and they shipped the next day (the wheels I got from the new company had an +18 offset and the guys at Custom Offsets told me this manufacturer doesn't make anything less than a +35 in a 20" wheel?!). My Performance Tire Plus order arrived literally within 3 days! Way better than the 6 weeks with these idiots. And yes after losing hundreds of dollars to these idiots because they can't even build an accurate website I'm going to help everyone I can through every resource I have for as long as it takes to keep them from making the mistake of using this company! Oh and bonus? They sold me "custom" spacers for hundreds of dollars that I've never recieved and they won't refund either. Funny part is I can't use the spacers even if they did show up because I would have to add bigger wheel studs and negate my 10 year warranty. I found all that out within a week but when I tried to cancel yet another mistake with this company they basically said that it sucks to be me because I didn't cancel within 72 hours. I paid for fast shipping and didn't happen. I had to call in to get a refund. Shipping company left my order on the truck for 4 days before unloading it. When finally delivered the pallet was destroyed and my wheels were all over the truck because it wasn't strapped down. I never write reviews about a company, but I feel this needs to be addressed or shared. Take it for what it's worth. If you want to waste PTO, and more money after receiving your order then order with this company. Otherwise, do not purchase from them. Purchase locally. I ordered a set of wheels. lug nuts, TPMS sensors, and tires from them on the same day. I was told it will be combined as a wheel & tire combo, and that I would receive it mounted & balanced. Well, not the case. A day or so after placing my order, I noticed that it was broken up into three packages. One package was the wheels and TPMS sensors, second was lug nuts, third was tires. I called to make sure that is not how I will be receiving them. I was assured that is just how it broke down in their system and I will receive them mounted and balanced. Found it odd the person I spoke to didn't find that wrong at all and check anyway. So, a couple days passed, and I notice that the wheels shipped? Huh? Call again. This time was "that wasn't supposed to ship like that". Yup. That's why I called the first time. Now I'm going to have to pay out of pocket for the mount and balance. The young lady I spoke to said that I should be reimbursed completely for the install due to the inconvenience. I agreed and asked if she would notate speaking to me. This is where I lost the first day of PTO to receive the wheels. The day I received the wheels I saw that there was no TPMS sensors. Not looking good now for this company. I call the next day to find out it was sent with the lug nuts. I received them the very next day and the lug nuts were packed LOOSELY with TPMS sensors that were also packed LOOSELY. Now for the wheels. According to the shipping company, I was to receive the wheels the following Tuesday. There is the 2nd PTO day I had to use. They did not deliver. BTW customer service with that company, and their tracker is completely useless (as you will see in other reviews). Delivery rescheduled for the following Thursday. Yep. Another time to take PTO. Think it's over? Nope. I take all the items to the local tire shop to get it all installed the following Saturday. Turns out two of the lug nuts were wrong. Great. I can't call CO because they are closed on the weekends. The following Sunday ALL TPMS SENSORS go out. I went back to the tire shop Monday (running late to work) to see if they can scan/relearn the sensors. Nothing. Called CO AGAIN! Told them about the sensors and lug nuts, and that I will send the receipt for the install (over$300). I mentioned I am going back on Wednesday to get new sensors replaced as CO wanted me to go back and ask the tire shop to write a letter saying the sensors are faulty. After the BS I have dealt with so far? No. I went back Wednesday and got new sensors installed. Wow. Magic. They work. Which BTW was ANOTHER $300 + TO GET IT DONE!!!!!! They send me a message saying the will reimburse not even half of the first install. Now I don't even think it's worth the hassle to send in the PROOF (like I'm going to lie about sensors, instead of saying I never received the wheels or tires, seriously) of the second install with WORKING TPMS sensors. I purchased 4 chrome wheels from Custom Offsets & last week I noticed the wheels looked like they were peeling/flaking or pitted-something of the sorts. The wheels have been on my truck just slightly over 2 months. It has barely been drove, mainly just sits because I drive a car daily for better gas mileage purposes. When the truck has been driven, it has been dry. I take very good care of my truck, wheels, etc. with regular cleanings. I contacted Custom Offsets immediately after noticing this defect, sent in pictures & got a reply back that road hazard is not covered under manufacturer warranty. I understand that-what I don't understand is how in less than three months there would be this kind of damage and they will not stand behind their product/sales. I will never buy anything from this company again & I recommend to the public to stay away and buyers be aware. You spend a ton of money for products that obviously can't even last 2-3 months which is outrageous and horrible customer service. read more

Customer Service is trash, and their "Suspension team" doesn't know what they're talking about, or they're just lazy and don't do the research. Ordered a part after asking them to confirm it fits. they did confirm via email. it was the wrong part, confirmed this with my local mechanic who actually called the part manufacturer to confirm even further. Trying to get the correct part shipped out / getting the old one back has been a nightmare. they have been working with me through email, but it has been several weeks at this point and little to no progress. ~ with that being said; wheels and tires are here and look good. we'll see how they roll if my part ever gets figured out. read more
