This is what they did: They copied the BACK of EACH photo, with the name "kodak" and the date, inbetween each copy of the hard copy photos I sent them (500 of them). The CD and thumbdrive are unusable and un-copiable, unless you want to manually remove all the white pages (inabetween each copied photo.) They refused to re-do the CD, and they refused to refund me any of the money except for $10.00 (for the CD). THIS IS A SCAM..the Product you receive is not usable for any sort of memory making.
