There are no "appointment" times, it is first come first served, however we did call ahead to make sure they weren't too backed up. Mike, the owner, said "bring it on by" so we dropped it off Thursday morning. They were unable to really look at it until Friday and on Saturday, they called with the issue and estimate. It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor. Hell maybe they did the wrong ones, I don't know, but i do know we had to pay Hyde's automotive to do them because i will never bring either car back to express tire. My whole family took all our cars there for as long as i remember, but not any more after Steve retired. The new guy was weird and rude to both me and my husband on separate occasions. I literally hunted Steve down on Facebook to ask him where we should go now. Hyde's has been awesome, professional, and better priced so far. I dont think it would have cost me anything if it had not been for the receptionist. Their fault, their word, no charge means just that, especially when I had already spent close to $3000 already and there was absolutely no leak prior AND TO THIS DAY IT STILL LEAKS. I love the mechanics but do not like his receptionist. She on the other hand is very rude. As to be expected, he went up in prices like all do, but if I want to pay dealership prices, I will go to a dealership.
