After he sent us photos of other houses for which he did similar work, we accepted his bid. Wasili came out to our house the very next day, dropping supplies off and starting demo. When he did that, he also went above and beyond. He suggested two upgrades to the work he bid on, offering for free to provide am additional cross-brace and to use composite for the risers as well. Naturally we accepted the upgrades. He got the work completed in 2 1/2 days. Everyone who's seen the work has complimented it. If we have future projects, we'll reach out to Vertex first.

The estimate included every detail. Work began within days and was finished after two days. The workers were polite and hard working showing great patience with changes made during construction. Nothing was sloppy as even precise cuts were made where needed. Double and single gates included steel posts for extra strength. A baseboard along the entire fence keeps animals from digging under it and holds back ground where it was uneven. On top of all this the price was reasonable and competitive. Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. This was back in June 2025, we are currently in the heart of winter and have had some serious rainy days and EVERYTHING's been GREAT, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES! Fast forward to February 2026, I was so impressed by their service and workmanship I called them when the roof at my own house started to leak.
