I'm very happy with the couch cushions, which are comfy, the right size visually, and just all around great to sit and lounge on. The price of the couch was perfect. Very reasonable for what we got from them and, honestly, almost too cheap when you compare it to the couches you can order online. My mom was shocked that we spent only about $2250 including delivery for a 9ft custom couch. This couch is so obviously good quality and comfort and the price was very very good. The warranty is also generous. Delivery was very easy. The team they hired for us did a great job and delivery was a reasonable and fair price. Update! We have had the couch for over 4 years and it still looks like new. So imagine our dismay when our senior dog peed on 2 of the cushions and it was just too much pee to completely remove the smell (she's a large dog). She let us take pieces of materials home to test dog pee, chocolate, ketchup, BBQ suace etc. On the fabrics we were considering to make sure it would come out! And man most of the liquids came out and you couldn't see it! The only thing was chocolate! But what do you expect!? It's a solid and eventually it's gonna stain, it's white after all! We also got to test the fabric colors in our house with the rest of our furniture and in the lighting of our house. We went in many times before ordering to make sure we got the size, height, color, foam firmness, and legs we wanted and Maya was always there with welcoming arms! You can pick from all different types of material. Maya said the microfiber and Sensation line of fabric would be good for dogs and they are! We just ordered our couch and are very excited! I did extensive research both online and in-stores trying to find the right balance of cost, customizability, material quality, and style. I had a very specific couch in mind and was willing to compromise on some aspects if there was a couch that was close enough. Turns out I didn't have to compromise at all! I visited the showroom and Dom happily answered all my questions easily (he clearly knew everything there is to know about what makes a couch good) and was just a very nice guy. He drew up a spec that we discussed that had all the details and I called in later that day to place the order. Whole process was incredibly easy. I knew what I wanted for my couch but I'm sure they would have plenty of ideas on how to cater one of their designs to your needs. I paid ~$3.1k total for my couch, and I'm confident that to get something of similar quality elsewhere I would need to pay at least $5.5k. For my couch I wanted super deep seating so I was expecting it to take longer to build, but it was delivered only 9 weeks after I ordered (beating the ETA of 10-12 weeks) even with the foam shortage. I've had the couch for 2 weeks now and it is the most comfortable couch I've ever had, the cover and cushion quality is amazing. Feels sturdy enough to last a long time. Of course if you need another reason it's always better to support local businesses than big corporations, but the fact that their couches are better quality, cheaper, and more customizable than big brand couches just makes it a no-brainer. read more

From order to ship the whole thing took 5 weeks. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Here are some good reasons to pop in their store today: 1. Local, family owned business right here in Oakland. They been doing this for decades in their family and it shows. I told them I have a cat and right away I was able to customize the shape and material of my sofa based on their knowledge of pets and furniture. Sorry, kitty!
