I rented furniture for my apartment and it was an okay experience. What was great was their selection of furniture, as I had a tiny place and needed smaller furniture. Delivery was on time and efficient, but there was a moment of drama in the beginning when they were realizing that it was a sixth floor apartment with no elevator and they were calling their ops people to ask if they really needed to go through with it. (I only had 12-15 pieces, mostly small, for a studio apartment). I had clearly stated this when I filled out the forms and put in a special note about it, so it was awful to have them arrive and be faced with not having a bed to sleep on that night. They sorted it out and delivered as expected. What also wasn't great was that I signed up for the flex plan to be able exchange pieces whenever, and this went fine the first time, but second time I did this, they informed me that they had pivoted their business to doing only staging homes and selling furniture. There were also some email exchanges with their ops/support team that just required a bunch more arguing than I would have preferred. They did give me refunds on the flex plan, but now I'm stuck with furniture that I wanted to exchange for other pieces, but no way to do it. When my contract is over, I intend to return all this furniture. read more

I ordered the "Flynn Mid Century Modern 4 Drawer Multifunction Chest w/Pull Out Tray Acorn". The item arrived on time with no issues. Upon inspection of the dresser, I found that the drawers do not close square. Meaning, one side of the drawer sticks out farther than the other when closed. I also found the miter joints to be unacceptable. Casaone customer service has ignored my request to return the item. They have ignored the issue of the poor miter joints and suggested they ship me new rails to correct the drawers not squaring up. I've attached pictures of the issues. Judge for yourself if this item should be returned. read more

I was lucky enough to find these 2 pieces for such a great deal. They have cleaned and refurbished e setting so that it doesn't even look used. Their service is just as good if not better. Their customer service reps are responsive and helpful. If you order over a certain amount you also get white glove service where they will deliver your furniture, unwrap it, and put it all together for you. This was our first time renting furniture. CasaOne has very reasonable prices and a more modern style of furniture that appealed to us compared to other options we looked into. We have been using our furniture for almost 6 months now, and overall we are very happy with the quality and durability of all of our items. I ordered a marble table with wooden legs from CasaOne and am so disappointed. They shipped me a VISIBLY damaged table that was badly patched together to cover up the issues. A few spots on the side of the marble table were chipped and filled in with what looks like caulking material. The marble itself was also cracked on the surface in multiple spots leaving obvious rings and cracks. One wooden leg was also cracked and glued together. I am so shocked that they would even think it was remotely OK to ship a table out in this condition. I submitted a claim and am waiting to hear back on how they plan to solve this issue, but needless to say, I am not shopping from this website again and would urge others to proceed with caution. read more

I cannot believe how they handle the refund after the lease term. They refunded on the credit card that is not even valid (I used the card to pay monthly rent but had changed to another credit card so long ago) and they say there is nothing they can do about it. They told me it will be refunded to the original card that I submitted before my termination so I told them I wanted to change the card to be refunded but they won't let me. It is totally usual for anyone to have a credit card that is terminated within 2 year term period and I can't believe they are not flexible to chanelge the refund payment. read more

I would highly recommend using CasaOne furniture rental. I was not sure how long I was going to stay in my NYC apartment so I decide to rent furniture instead of buying it. It not only was easier to move in (as the delivery people brought all the furniture to my apartment and assembled it), but I had the opportunity to see if the furniture really went well with my apartment (and it did!). I ended up staying in my NYC apartment and they have offered me a very reasonable and cost-effective option to own my rental furniture.
