I would recommend anyone here. Staff was so patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase and the salesman was happy to make multiple passes through the lot with me as we discussed/viewed available options to suit my needs. Not to mention, they won't try to sell you more than you need, less than you need, and actually pay attention your budget requests. On the day of pickup, the staff and salesman made certain it was road ready and run through a checklist with you before you leave the lot. Bad experience at this place. How can a business charge you for days they are not open? Yes they over charged us. Beware of them. Not a good company to do business with. Outstanding experience. I couldn't get the tilt car trailer I wanted in CA so I reached out to Custom Trailer Sales. The sales manager Don and office manager Kayci were great! Don got me a trailer straight from the factory and the process was easy, even with me being in another state. But my transporter had an accident with the trailer on the way to CA and when I told Don, he got me a new trailer quickly even though there was a long wait for them. Outstanding service and friendly people. Phone calls always answered and Kayci or Don always called me back if I left a message after hours. If your looking for a trailer give them a call! I had to drive from southeast Kansas to Oklahoma City to get the trailer, they had all the mods I wanted on the trailer all done, and ready to go when I got there. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. The sales guy is a jerk and doesn't listen. I actually watched him blow off other customers after he had just blown me off. It would have taken ten minutes to listen to what I had to say and then write the estimate I asked for so they could do the repair and earn some money. But I guess he isn't concerned with good customer service and customer rapport. The owner, Frank, seemed nice enough, but needs to find another sales rep or teach the girls that sit at the front desk to do more than a little paper work and look pretty. read more
