Once, it stopped in the middle of the road when exiting the highway. I've taken it to 2 mechanics and a transmission specialist since then(covering all my bases). Its been inspected for bad spark plugs, bad 7 eleven gas, etc. Needless to say, this day, I had to pull on the side of the road to call a tow truck. Thankfully though, I called Elite Automative, per recommendation from my sister. Can I say, "Impeccable service"! From the initial customer service where all the prices were laid out to the follow-up diagnostic call before undergoing any repairs on my vehicle; From the diagnosis accuracy after the inspection(fuel pump) to the manual labor done on their off day. One of the most important things for me with any business is customer service and integrity. Part of it was waiting for a HOT day, one day drove there and it was a record cool day LOL! But, they just would not throw parts and labor that wasn't needed. Exactly what I was looking for. First they found my Alternator was mis-behaving that explained why both my break lights had burned out at the same time. They did the AC refresh with lubricants, but on over 100 degree days it still wasn't working. Went there on a HOT day and they nailed it! Get this, the idle system needed adjusting. This fixed other problems. Including my gas oxygen indicator that other places told me for the last 6 years not to worry about - it was fixed, my AC worked on this record heat-spell, my gas milage improved, my acceleration from 0 to 40 improved... That hot day "fix" didn't cost me anything more. I drove 22 miles from my house to use them. Worth IT! Happy with price, service and enjoyed the place. B.T.W. their shop is really clean.

Blew the oil filter cap / oil cooler on my 2015 Jeep (common issue), and went in to have that replaced, AND threw in a 100k mile service - since they were gonna be in that part of the engine anyway. Pros: - Mechanic was super fast and super friendly. Was able to do the entire job in about three working hours, when several YouTube mechanics suggested it would be about ten hours. AWESOME!!! - Price per-hour for labor was about HALF of what the mechanics at other places charge. AWESOME!!! - Place was easy to find, had a waiting area with a Sasquatch statue, and had a McDonalds next door if you got hungry while waiting. Cons: - The receptionist / admin clerk is super friendly; but was not technical enough to understand the work I wanted done, what parts and labor that work included, and how to accurately reflect all of that on my invoice (there were a few mistakes). This is common in many non-dealership garages. Dealerships I have been to tend to have a mechanic who can discuss the mechanical shenanigans with you at the reception desk. - The McDonalds next door smelled like a sewer inside their entryway. Has nothing to do with the Iron Goat business. Just letting you know in case you decide to grab an egg mcmuffin while you wait on your oil change. Bottom line: I will go there again, and highly recommend this place for other Jeepers in the OKC area. If you have a complex job, I would just make sure to specify everything you want in detail prior to and during the service, and then scrutinize the invoice prior to paying it.

My wife totaled her 2020 Ford Fusion so we were on the hunt for a basic SUV all we really wanted was a bigger screen for navigation purposes. We told them over and over what our payments were ($377) with an incredible and unbeatable interest rate (.9%). We were realistic in that we probably were NOT going to get that rate again. That was okay. We knew that going in. We started with saying that we were interested in an escape or eco sport. Something on the cheaper end. Obviously there is limited inventory so neither of those options were available. We were shown a 2021 Nissan Kicks. - valued brand new at about 19.5K. Right in our price range. There were no floor mats, the car was dirty but had the basics of what we needed. We test drove it and started with numbers. (The real fun part). Elias was open about how at this dealership they AGREE on a price. Which we settled on 24.8K. In my opinion STILL overpriced but it's fine. We were told "at this point we just want to get rid of this car". Tyler, the manager came in after I countered and basically said they couldn't go down any further. That they would then lose money on it. He said "I don't ever want to get someone in with finance and then their payments are double what they thought." When we moved to finance, I started to get cold feet. Yes the maintenance package and the warranty was great but it would make our payments $502. Our fusion payments again, we're $377. So we were already over budget. Not once did finance give us the total of the car. They focused on ONLY telling us how much our payments would be. I mentioned 3 times how I wanted to come back on Monday with a down payment and was basically dismissed. And was told "well the difference would be $50". Doesn't matter. The moment someone says I'd like to come back, that's a hint. Or at least it should be. When I finally got all the paperwork together the next day imagine my surprise when I saw the total amount financed was 35,000. For a car that OFF THE LOT costs 19.5K. This car was used with 4800 miles. Not to mention with interest the total amount of the car would be almost FORTY THREE thousand dollars. That is more than my F-150 cost brand new. When we called to ask about possible return of the vehicle since this was WAY out of our price range, finance said "we don't accept returns". Tyler, the manager said "let me get more information and I will get back to you soon" ...2 days later and I still have not heard back. Bottom line is, it wasn't a horrific deal but we definitely could have gotten something else for $502 a month. We just should have taken our time and resisted the pressure.
