She gave recommendations (popular sellers, styles for upcoming TX heat, etc) & helped me find a close size to get me started trying on. I had to find a short size (since I'm short, so less options for me), but they fit GREAT. Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in. Prices are not "cheap", but they are brands I have heard of & been recommended before, so in my opinion you know what your getting, not hoping for the best from just any online store.
