Oh what's there to say about an Indian motorcycle that hasn't been said? I love them. I've never so much as sat in the saddle of one and I love them. I found this place on accident driving from Wichita Falls to Denton and I had to stop, absolutely had to. My wife, who rides on my Shadow with me frequently, even wanted to stop. So we did, and we swooned over the Chiefs and the Chieftains. They were beautiful and powerful. The down side was they didn't show price tags, which I guess should be expected. They're gorgeous, over priced motorcycles anyway. The staff was friendly, asked if we needed anything when we walked in but besides that was aloof. The store was empty except for us which was nice to mosey around and have the whole place to ourselves; however, it would have earned them the 5th star had someone been walking with us to explain the details of the bikes, prices, and history of the business. I mean, the company was founded in 1901, there's plenty to take pride in and talk about. Another nice point was how clean the dealership was. It was apparent it was brand new, but still impressive. I enjoyed my visit and if I ever get to the point of having a large enough income to purchase an Indian I know where I'll go.

So recently moved to Texas. Brought in 2 bikes for Indian initiated service campaign. Since my Chief Classic was due for an oil change I asked them to do one in addition to campaigns for both bikes. My fault but I never asked for a price and these people were not forthcoming nor did they provide for a signed authorization to do the work...no R.O. Until you show up for the bill. $174.60 for an oil and filter change. These people don't ever want to see service business. Imagine taking your car in for an oil change at that price. They told me I should have bought it from them and purchased their $1,000 service package. Are you kidding me, I bought both bikes in another state, when I lived in that other state. Listen folks the filter is hanging off the front of the engine, drain the oil and put a new filter on...and never visit these people. Expensive lesson....they really don't want my business....well guess what that revenue, and any future bike purchases are gone. Enjoy the $174.60, y'all earned it!

Thanks To all the guys at Indian That helped me make my dream a Reality. And a shout out to Chad!!!for a great paint job.

The Addison Foxhole Garage is a fantastic shop to work with, you won't be disappointed. Preston…read more(owner and mechanic) is who I've worked with. He's honest, straightforward, and clearly knows his stuff. I've brought my car to him a few times now, and every single time he's been clear, truthful, and put in quality work. This last visit was no different--he told me exactly what my car needed (with zero pressure), explained everything clearly, and got it done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. If you're looking for a shop that's reliable, trustworthy, and run by someone who actually cares about their customers, this is it. Don't waste time anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!! What a mistake I made choosing Addison Foxhole!…read moreThese gentlemen are both incompetent and have no idea how to work in a real business environment. I left a message about the wiring job for two DRL running lights that I had already installed on the fender of my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT. A gentleman named Preston called me and advised that his technician could do the wiring job easily. This is where I screwed up! I brought my bike to him to do the job. Big mistake on my part. On this first try, the technician named Dewan worked for 3 hours and got the wires connected but stated that he had to install a relay as the lights were not bright enough. So I had to take the bike home without the DRL lights connected. After 7 days and multiple phone calls, Mr. Preston advised me to bring the bike back to him and he could "get this job finished " BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!! I'm in the Addison Foxhole waiting room. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!! If the system would have let me I would have rated Addison Foxhole a zero rating if I could have.

I know i can stay in denton and get a great deal on the tire, but the labor screws me over. I can go out of town and get a better deal, but the time/gas gets me as well. After driving by Rising Phoenix i decided to give them a call. I told them here is the price i get at other places. They were happy to beat the price! The owner, i'm assuming, was a nice guy who told me it would take less than 10minutes and he was right. Fast and friendly. Not only that, but he took me to take a look at the shop in which i talked to a tech about getting new wheel bearings. It wasn't them telling me i needed new wheel bearings, but actually showing me why i need new bearings. That counts for a lot in my book. They weren't even trying to push a product or service on me. Keep in mind this is mainly a parts/service shop. There is very very little gear. They do have a nice waiting area though! Overall i'm very happy to have saved money and my time. If they keep up the good prices i'm happy to go back there for my next tire.

When I got the bike back I found that there was even more damage that they didn't tell me or fix from the previous knock over- my helmet basket is permanently bent, there 3 large scratches in my paint down to the metal, and there's a big dent on the back fender. I'm not even going to begin to try to get them to fix it, so I get to pay for their mistakes, yet again. The bike came back in much worse shape than it was taken in. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business.
