When I had a problem with a refrigerator years ago,, they were on it. They returned 2X until it was perfect. I referred everyone I knew to them. I recently paid over $2000 for a refrigerator that flooded my kitchen in less than 2 weeks. we had to keep a large bucket by the fridge and surround it with towels that, when saturated, were put into the bucket and washed while a new set of towels took their place. Repeated calls/messages to Kleckner were not returned. When I finally got thru to them, the responses expressed little to no concern. The manager gave me the manufacture phone number and when I expressed my panic that this water may extend past my kitchen and damage my hardwood floors? He told me that Kleckner would not be held responsibl, maybe the manufacturer would as Kleckner was no longer responsible after a successful delivery.! Thanks so much! Two of the burner on the left side of the stove didn't turn on, the burner on the right bottom of the stove had to be jiggle in place to work, on top of that they gave me a stove that was leaning to the left realizing that the stove was missing two of the legs. I cook everyday for my sick husband I could've accidentally bumped into a hot pot with oil and received 3 degrees burns. They did nothing to fix it no matter how I call and complain, they told to send videos of the stove issue but all I got was empty responses. Now I had to spend almost $900 for a new stove I couldn't wait any longer for them to give me a new stove or to fix the stove, my pot were sliding down the stove top and it was becoming very dangerous to me with my arthritis. Called the Appliance Guy because the ice maker in the refrigerator was sometimes making ice…read moresometimes not. Also, when you went to get ice thru the door we had to open & slam it to get the ice to dispense. Michael showed up as schedule and spent time diagnosing the problem. He found several possible reasons for the issues. His recommendation was to start with the most inexpensive fix first to see if that corrected the issue. So, he replaced the door switches. It worked! No more slamming the door to get ice! Just so you know the other solution was to replace the entire door which would have cost $1200. He suggestion to start with the most inexpensive solution first saved me $1000! Michael was knowledgeable about the product and potential issues and honest in his recommendations. Will not hesitate to use his service again for any appliance issues!
