The $80 dollars that we spent for him to come over was put towards the repair and parts. Two days later he came back with the parts and told me it would probably take around 4 hours, and surprisingly he was done in three. Day 2 mid afternoon rolled around (no Sears update)--came across Cupo Appliance Repair's number on-line. Called to see if I could establish a back-up plan. Immediately was connected to a human being (Joe) who was not only knowledgeable in what likely was the issue with our dryer, but had the parts on hand (OMG, right?), was able to provide an estimate of costs, and said you will have a working dryer by the end of the day (insert the sound of angels singing). We then scheduled service for 4 p.m. Called Joe back to confirm Sears cancelled again and shortly Joe was on his way to our home. Dryer was fixed in no time flat, he even helped us with a cabinet door. Joe is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, had the dryer up and running quickly, offered service at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend contacting him when you are in need of an appliance repair. I did not see all the 5-star reviews until later and I can say I believe they were all well earned and well deserved. Thank you, Joe!

Well, when the washer finally kicked the bucket, we knew it was time to just upgrade the pair of them. We called and spoke to them over the phone to let them know what we were looking for, went the same day to put down the deposit, they called that same day and said delivery would be the following day. They called within the timeframe to let us know they were on the way, got everything up and running and took the old ones away for us. They even gave us some pointers on the new equiment. I called about a 2 Speed Queen washing machines and was told the ONLY difference was the transmissions, one is belt driven and one is direct drive. That's only the tip of the iceberg. The TC model actually agitates clothes like a washer should. The Direct drive model swirls the clothes around, practically no agitation at all so thanks to the salesman Mike, I'm stuck with it. Big Box would take it back just like a local GE dealer Sharp's Goodhousekeeping did for me 40 yrs ago
