Car people will understand.... They did take awhile to get my car in for repairs (about 2 weeks), which I know, SUCKS. But on the other hand, the fact that they're THAT booked and busy should tell you they're worth the wait. Anyway, my man Gary was a total boss. The way he thoroughly described the process and the extent of the damage on my car, trying to put me at ease for this inconvenience made me think he was talking about HIS car. I know it sounds stupid, but so many body shops don't do enough of that nowadays. Treating your car as though it were their own. This is why people panic when they get into a fender bender. Body shops will take your car in for repairs and not only fail to keep you in the loop until the day it's done, but they'll almost deliberately ignore all your phone calls and questions until the work is done. But for the first time in my life, I felt 100% comfortable leaving my prized possession in someone else's care. The work they did was truly top notch quality work, and though my car had already been beautiful, they returned it to me in PRISTINE condition. It was cleaned from the inside out, vacuumed (including the trunk), and even conditioned inside. Not to mention, the paint job they did with the color was completely on-point. For the most part, body repair shops are like lawyers. You hope you're never going to need one, but you're going to be pretty damn glad that they're there when you do. They never gave me a call back so they have lost business from me. My thing is if you open up a second location offer the same services as your first location. Also if you go on to their website good luck trying to get any useable information on them. They do no have it set to look right let alone doesn't say anything about this location on the website at all. You can't run a business like this when someone comes in looking to have work done and told that you would be getting a call and never get one. If you want work done by them I would go some where else or if your willing to travel 30 minutes to their other location. This location needs to work on their communication better, and know what they can offer you without living you hanging waiting for an answer.
