We had just installed a brand-new front end on the car, and my dad brought it in for a routine alignment. After their service, the front end was completely messed up -- worse than before -- and now it needs to be fully replaced again. That's hundreds of dollars lost. To make matters worse, they didn't tell me or my dad until after the work was done that their alignment machine was malfunctioning. That should've been disclosed before touching the car -- not after causing even more damage. When I tried to mediate the situation, David told me to take the car to the Shelby location for help. But when I arrived there, Shelby refused to work on it because Kings Mountain had already serviced it. So I had to drive all the way back just to try to get a refund. At that point, David wasn't in the office and couldn't do anything until the next day -- and no one else was able or willing to help. This shop has poor communication, damaged my parents' vehicle, gave me the runaround, and took no responsibility for what happened. I would never recommend Mr. Tire in Kings Mountain. If you care about your car and your peace of mind, go somewhere else.
