After discovering the costly damage and having to contact Chris and explaining what happened inadvertently, giving the benefit of the doubt, Chris never returned any of the several calls I made in good faith. I was left paying the bill to have the damage to the top of my liftgate and the damage to the side of my bumper repaired.
