A younger girl with glasses took me to her station asked me what was the problem or what I wanted and took me to have my hair washed. She was super friendly, super understanding and as nervous as I was, she totally understood what my issue was. When I am nervous, I talk and talk and talk and she did not make it uncomfortable for me. Wonderful experience equally as wonderful haircut and my hair smells so delicious. It wasn't until I got home, but I saw I had a coupon for products. I definitely will be back and will make sure to buy some of the products that made my hair smell so good.

It's in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking outside of her shop. Her place is located in a hair gallery type set up where in the building there are individual salons in each of the rooms. Hers is easy to find as it is the first one when you walk in. Elsa was very nice when I came in and you can tell she put a lot of work in her decor. I was instructed that I needed to wear a mask ahead of time and she conducted a temperature check upon entry. The space is very clean, as she allows time between appointments to clean her shop. I went in for a regular wash and cut and she listen to what I wanted and the results were great. She also recommended how to book in the future, which was very helpful. It was very easy to book my appointment through Instagram and I received a confirmation email promptly after booking. I will definitely be coming back to Elsa's shop again soon!

Keisha is extremely knowledgeable about what's best for your hair and she WILL NOT to anything to compromise the integrity of her work, as well as the possibility of damaging your hair. For example, I had surgery which required anesthesia. I wanted to get a relaxer shortly after the doctor cleared me for driving (~2wks) and Keisha shut that down real quick by telling me, "No suga, you can't get that yet, the anesthesia is still in your system and getting a relaxer at that time can damage hair, you're going to have to wait a while longer".... and wait I did. LOVE HER! She is so on point!
