He also did the wrong cat eye color and had to grind it off in order to fix that. I was charged $75, $14 of which was for repairs that were not conducted. I normally pay $60 for a fill WITH design at my normal salon. I will NOT be back. I only went here today because my normal nail tech does not availability until next week and my nails were looking crazy. Also, the salon was in various states of disrepair. The furniture is cracked and looks super run down. I would not recommend coming here unless you like being overcharged.

We talked about all kinds of stuff and laughed about everything while she gave me the best mani/pedi I've ever had. I've had a LOT of nail services in my life, so when I say this is the best, I mean THE BEST. First of all, if you don't know about waterless nail services, you will love it. A waterless manicure and pedicure lasts longer and is just better for your nails. Also, EVERY. SINGLE. IMPLEMENT. was disposable and I saw her open them, use them, and throw them away. From the files to the pedicure callus file to the cuticle pusher, nothing is reused. Cuticle care is delicate but effective. She pushed my cuticles back with a soft orange stick and didn't clip them, so I didn't end up with any sensitive spots. I've always been a fan of clip-free cuticle care as it is, but it's hard to find. You get what you pay for and personally, I would rather pay more for a fully personalized service with disposable items that I know weren't used on anyone else. Kathy has her own line of polishes and there is a rainbow of colors to choose from. You really won't be disappointed. And if that isn't enough, a week after my appointment, Kathy texted just to say hi, that it was nice to meet me, and ask me how I was doing. How's that for customer service?

The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon during this visit made it difficult to relax. I saw roaches crawling on the seating area, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a spider in the salon that several employees were loudly talking about and trying to kill, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere while clients were trying to enjoy their services. The biggest issue for me was watching a scrub product spill onto the workstation. Instead of discarding it, one of the technicians scooped it up with his bare hand and put it back into the bottle. Seeing a product that is used on clients' skin handled that way was very concerning and made me question the salon's sanitation practices. This experience was surprising because it wasn't like this during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day and that management takes these concerns seriously. The technicians are talented, but cleanliness and proper sanitation are just as important as good customer service. They always make me feel like family in the best way, and every visit is welcoming, professional, and consistent. I typically book appointments in advance because they are almost always busy, which speaks to how much people love this salon. The entire place is very well run, and you can clearly see the value they place on customer service, quality, and the overall experience. You truly can't go wrong with any of the nail technicians. Most recently, I had a pedicure with Timmy, and he was outstanding. His massage, scrub, and lotion treatment were so relaxing. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made the experience feel like a true self-care moment. My usual service is Gel-X with gel polish, along with a pedicure w/callus treatment and scrub. The quality is always excellent, and I consistently leave happy with my nails and feeling refreshed.
