My entire family had a terrible experience but I will only speak to my own: I asked for a blow out and beach waves/loose curls. Spent over an hour and a half in the chair (when I've had this done many times over the years and it takes 30 min-45 min max). The result? Hair looking like a rats nest. Tons of product when I specifically said i didn't want much product at all. Parts of my hair were not even curled. See below. Was charged $125 for just this service. I was flabbergasted by this and mortified I brought my family here. Experience was so bad I went up the street to another salon to get a proper blow out and loose curl. $40 and did amazing. I will say, the make-up artist did a nice job. However the pricing that was given to me was not what was charged. Buyer beware.

Jackie did a manicure and pedicure for me - the pedicure was wonderful, the manicure was just OK - I think it was partly due to the color I picked though, it really needed probably 4 coats it was so thin.
