Uh.....what is happening to all of my Ross stores? Every one of them used to be stocked to the hilt isle after isle. Are you guys going out of business? Welcome to the 1960 store where this strip is always bustling with people there for the movies, dollar store, big lots, book store and one of my favorites, ROSS! I cannot help but notice there is a big empty space somewhat in the middle towards the right hand side of there, I do not know what is going on there but I think this is beginning to be a trend in these stores. Only time will tell. This particular location because it is always busy I can imagine why there is always stuff cluttering the isle. The employees on almost every turn are not into the Ross business but like to talk about the item that they wanted to buy but the customer got it first, etc etc etc. I think the management may need a little looking on how they have their employees acting at work but hey, it's just an $8 job so not much to expect, I don't blame them but I have seen much better at other Ross's. My review is about how the store is viewed on my visit in the middle part of April 2012 and I did not do a product review because it is pretty much you visit one Ross you pretty much have visited the cake mold on all of them. The workers are so rude! They get mad at you for every little thing. They act like having customers is a big inconvenience when it's literally their job! They don't know how to be nice, I feel like I'm on edge every time I come to this location because I will get told off by a worker for any little reason! Don't recommend coming to this location. read more

I understand that people may steal at Ross. but the way I was followed by every employee at this store then the 'security guard' fr watched me check out at the front and still wanted to check my bag and receipt at the door. I walked into Ross on a lark today while my husband was getting himself lost in the nearby Half Price Books. Gross! This place is a filthy mess! I cringed at the thought of even touching anything because everything looked as if it had been pulled out of a box that was stored in a garage somewhere -- and a very dirty garage, to boot. Clothes were thrown on racks in no particular order whatsoever, half hanging off of their designated hangers. Shoes were scattered and thrown with no mates on the display racks. I could venture no further! A nasty aroma was attacking my nostrils, too! In about five minutes I determined that whatever price they were charging for whatever merchandise they had for sale, I would most likely vomit while I waited in line to pay for it. Exit stage left! Stay away from this Ross location !!!! I checked out my items there with a Mexican cashier and she was such a disaster. That cashier and the security man there were together being very mean and rude to customers with all of their unnecessary suspicions and disrespect. They ruined my shopping night by their attitude which made me very UPSET . Who they think they are ? They get paid there to treat customers as we were all thieves ? That cashier and that security man should have looked at themselves to see how "good" they were before being suspicious to customers !!! We come here for a relaxing shopping night, NOT for being looked and treated with all of your suspicions !!! The Ross location near Willowbrook Mall is much much better !!! The staffs there are trained very well and much much more respectful to their customers than this location. read more

The only good thing about Ross is that they have really low prices! You can literally get a top for $8 there. But everything else about Ross is just plain gross! Why is every Ross location I've been to the same...trashy, unorganized, dirty and full of mothers with their screaming children?! I always dread going there because I know I'm going hate my shopping experience but I still go because you never know if you'll walk out with a good, cheap buy! I hate the way the clothes are unorganized and just thrown on the racks! I feel like the store is like a thrift store and there is only one size of the clothing item you like. And as for the check-out lines, yes...they are longggg! There better be a rollercoaster at the end of this line because I feel like I should be waiting for something fun! But nope, I'm not. Ross really needs to get it together because the actual stores do NOT equal up to what are being shown on their hip and trendy television commercials! read more

Horrible Customer Service. I was standing in line at the customer return line, she assisted everyone in front of me, when it came my turn, she asked me " are you returning, I stated No. she said, I can't assist you, you have to stand on the other line. What became upsetting to me was that the customers she assisted prior to me, did not returned anything. I ended leaving the store empty handed. Thanks to the employee. read more

Much of the clothing here are like unheard of brands, not as good as TJ Maxx. I do find name brand underwear here that's very inexpensive. A big selection of decorative items and nice plates. There's always a huge line of a dozen people or more, anytime of the day and week. Yesterday I came here and two women were arguing in the line, "I don't give a damn where the line is.." :S very get toe. that's why they need a "loss prevention" man. Omg..so They have Good Deals yes they do! But you gotta hit this place early and during the week!! It can get messy. My complaints are 2! NUMBERO UNO : The check out lines are always soo Gosh darn long! Im telling ya! Allow 15min wait to check out. Numbero Dos: Bathrooms are just smelly and ugly. Take your own deodorizer! Other than that..for this Area watch your backs in parking lot too! Nice stuff. Great prices thou I think Clothes is cheaply made. If you find good brands you've scored! If lines long and you see only 1 cashier Ask if they can Call another Cashier! Thou they should know that on their own!! read more

If I could give it a zero I would!!! I walk in with my family (husband and my son 7 years old) thinking on buying Him a full new closet, because He is a kid and well his clothes barely fit Him anymore. Just to walk out with nothing! Angry and ashamed! Never going on this or any Ross store again! The security guard told me that I could go to the fitting room so my son can try his pants on (I already started put in on Him ) on top of the ones he had just be sure of the size and I told Him thats ok, its just this ones! To make sure its the right size and not having to argue with my ADHD child in the fitting room! From there scalated to Him calling so they will say in the speakers & when my husband ask if he had to do that? He went asking that what was the problem? That if he wanted to fight? And so on!!! I told Him we were leaving and went back to look at his name tag and He said that I was trying to touch Him and trying to grave Him while covering His name tag and asking for back up. I wasnt yelling at Him, cursing or even trying to get close to Him anymore just trying to look at His name (Boykin). As we walk out He keep saying things and acting like if we did somenthing to Him wen we did nothing! And then someone who I am asuming its the manager Untoya proced to scream to us get out! Im not expecting macys, nordstrom or nimans kind of service on ross but this is just ridicoulos ! read more

Every time I go to this Ross I come out with clothing at low prices. I love Ross!!! My only complaint is that they need to turn down the ac as it gets hot in there. I'd definitely shop longer if it was cooler. read more

I had a very good experience at Ross #330 due to the store manager, Jerrel Williams. He was courteous and very professional. He handled the situation in a timely manner with a friendly smile. He was not rude and neither did he appear to be agitated about the situation. One day earlier, I had purchased almost $300.00 worth of merchandise from another Ross, using a gift and debit card. During my return, the cashier credited my gift card rather than my debit card. I asked the cashier to credit my debit card, because the cashier during my initial purchase told me I could throw the gift card away and use my debit card for a return, if applicable. After the return was credited to my gift card, I tried to pay for other items I was purchasing, but according to the cashier, the card was declined and I would have to wait 2 days. I was very upset, because the gift card was really cash. I did not fell like I should have to wait 2 days for cash that they had just returned to the card. Mr. Williams recognized and solved the problem, immediately. I am very pleased and thankful for such a great manager. Thank you Mr. Williams and thank you Ross for having such a great manager. read more
