After getting Frannie from Bonita, I got engaged, got married, moved, and am expecting my first child and Frannie has been with us through it all. She has continued to grow into her affectionate, loving, and friendly personality. She has calmed down quite a bit and is still very playful. I've seen worse but it's still heartbreaking and I highly encourage you to adopt a dog from a no-kill shelter rather than places like this, so that a place like this doesn't have the money to keep doing what it's doing.

Her pedigree papers according to vet can not be accurate. She is not a mini poodle only. Definitely a mixed breeding. If you can not properly care for the animals by cleaning them you should not be allowed to cage nor sell them period.

Bethany was just so kind and communicative throughout the wait and then once Hugo and his littermates were born. He was the only male in the litter and was about three times the size of his sisters so he ended up with a rather appropriate name. He is still gigantic and has a heart to match. He loves swimming, cuddling, and eating snacks (he has been known to steal entire sticks of butter off the counter!) Whenever we have had questions or concerns about him in the years since we brought him home, Bethany has been super responsive and helpful. We gave him the best life we could until his little body just couldn't take it any more and we had to say goodbye when he was only 5 years old. We spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on veterinary neurologist and a cocktail of 4 drugs which ruled our life. We loved Ollie and wouldn't have changed anything but Beth is overbreeding her dogs. The second pup, which she gave us for a discount due to her alleged "Health Guarantee" came from different parents but after 4 years has now started having seizures and is on anti-convulsants. Bethany Madden is a bad breeder and is harming the beautiful animals. TWO dogs from different parents. We had 3 springers before these two from Graystone - never a problem. Go somewhere else.

When we called to make our appointment, they did an over-the-phone consultation and gave us a price estimate, which was very competitive - especially considering they were the ones coming to us! They parked right outside of our apartment, showed us their van and their equipment (top-notch), and talked to us about how we wanted his hair cut. We showed them some photos of what we liked and were able to describe how we wanted it cut (it was our first time so we didn't truly know how to best describe it - something like a puppy cut but not too short because he's a very skinny pup), and they made our vision a reality. It was so nice not having to drive across town to go to another pet grooming salon where it takes all day long, and not knowing when he would be ready. It was nice knowing that he had individualized attention and we knew exactly when he was ready. Plus, we didn't have to travel anywhere! I can't describe enough how great the convenience was having them come to us and the assurance we had knowing that he wouldn't be neglected or kept in a cage waiting for eons. All-in-all, Juan and Heather were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with our dog. They even gave us written details on how they cut it, so that they could repeat the exact cut for next time, which is SO helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Sniffs & Wiggles and are looking forward to having them cut and bathe him again.
