If your chakra is somehow screwed up, you can take a wildly expensive sound or color therapy session or whatever other snake oil they're peddling that day that's guaranteed to lower your financial state and vastly improve theirs. I don't normally slay small local businesses but the fake love and peace pretense is annoying and misleading at best. If you want to do something holistic, take yoga, hit up a Pilates class, eat some acai or do whatever. Just don't waste your hard earned money on wildly expensive baubles or BS classes designed to make you part with you money and not your negative energy.

We went on a June Monday. It was pretty busy, but we walked in and they still had tables. Greeted immediately and customer service was fantastic. Blair and Georgia were attentive throughout the entire three hours we were there. Explained in detail the process and also gave us tips on how to use the brushes and stencils in what would work best for our pieces. Opened up my eyes to a whole new world of relaxation. Very impressive. Will be back.

I took my toddler granddaughter for an after school session and she had a great time. Fortunately they had multiple unicorn figurines to choose from because it HAD to be a unicorn. The young lady employee who greeted us at the door warmly and her friendly personality set the tone for our entire visit. She explained how everything worked with the paints, instructions, and most importantly to have fun.  5 stars for customer service.  The cost of the figurine I thought was a bit high, but during the week (Wednesday) the studio fee was half price. We will definitely return in the future.

They did not even ship the order until 12/23 and my product didn't arrive until 12/26. When I contacted them to express my displeasure, Holly Manzi did not apologize for the inconvenience, blamed the post office for failure of delivery and outright lied to me (saying the order was processed and shipped on 12/22 even though I showed her the tracking order showing it was not picked up from her business until the 23rd). They have no interest in taking any responsibility in ensuring that their customers expectations are met and have no interest in doing right by their customers to retain them. It is a shame as I am new to this hobby and will need to procure lots of supplies to build my stock up and this appeared to be a good place to do it. However, due to the poor customer service, I guess I will need to find a different place.

Don't be put off by the industrial surroundings of the shop. It's a factory store open only occasionally to the public. Enjoy Paterson as you drive through it. The Great Falls brought industry here and by the late 1800's, the power of the waterfalls resulted in almost half of America's silk being produced in Paterson, hence the town's moniker of "Silk City." Perfect name choice for this business as you certainly feel like you are in a small city of silk when inside the vast caverns filled with cones and cones of yarn. Arrive early when doors open as the best items get scooped up quickly. The feeling of guilt will pass as you realize all the guys and gals present in the warehouse are in the same shopping frenzy as you. Their remorselessness is contagious. Be sure to have prebudgeted for the amount you are planning to spend or you will eating ramen noodles for three months trying to cover your rent. You can set out all the lovely cones of your yarn to stroke to distract you from any feelings of hunger.
