We truly wouldn't have changed a thing. Our guests raved about the food and drinks just as much as we did! Since the ceremony and reception were held in the same room, the space had to be flipped during cocktail hour. We were a little worried our guests would notice or that it might be disruptive, but not a single person mentioned it. The transition was completely seamless, which is a huge testament to Vikki and her amazing staff. We worked with Vikki throughout the planning process, and she was incredible. She was responsive, organized, and present every step of the way. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and was there in person on the wedding day, which made such a difference. I had mentioned a few small personal touches I wanted set up, and without hesitation, she took care of every one of them herself. When we returned to pick up our belongings, everything had been packed neatly and carefully, which was such a thoughtful touch. We toured several other restaurant venues while planning our wedding, and at one venue we were told the coordinator would help us plan but wouldn't actually be there on the wedding day. That didn't sit right with us. Having Vikki there throughout our entire celebration gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Vikki and the entire Park West Loft team exceeded every expectation we had. From the planning process to the last moments of our wedding night, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The exposed brick is beautiful and the space is so beautiful. I had the best customer service experience of my life working with the venue coordinator, Chris Ryter. We could not have had the day we did without him. Chris took care of EVERYTHING for us from the actual day we met - things I would never have thought of. He made the entire process so seamless. Leading up to the wedding, I gave him a 5 page "master doc" with what we had envisioned in terms of decor/set up and the execution was flawless. The entire staff was checking on us the entire night if we needed anything - from a tide to go stick to a glass of champagne. The food was delicious and everyone had a blast at the bar. He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Blair and Georgia were attentive throughout the entire three hours we were there. The owner was so joyful and friendly to me, she really brightened my day. I made a beautiful necklace for my mother and it's look like a $1000 piece for $75$!!! I went there to get my wedding invites and while I did pick some out there and wind up purchasing…read morethem I was not happy with the customer service. While we were seated at a table picking out invites, an obnoxious woman came in harried and loud and she needed emergency fast invites for her kids bd party and we were asked to get up and stand for the remainder of our visit and let her sit because she comes in all the time and is a repeat customer. Despite this, we still bought invites from them which I regret. We had quite a few with misspelled names, their fault. And I was told I would have to pay for re prints even though they messed up. They capitalized incorrect letters in some hyphenated last names and told me the way I had it was wrong. Also when I went to pick up the final products the lady at the register was cold and rude and I was so happy to pick up my invites and was just admiring them and she kept saying hello that's $250 balance. You have to pay now, you can't come back and pay it later. She was so grumpy and rude and I wasn't running out on the balance I was just taking a split second to admire the invites. If I could give half a star on customer service I would. The shop owner said it's a fake review. Well let me add in a pic of my invites then. Maybe that will help her remember because this did happen and I would never set foot in that store again. But nice try.

When I met her 4 years ago, she seems a little distant and nonchalant, as if she had better things to do than deal with customers. Some people have better customer service skills, while others are better at producing... My sister in law decided to use them for their wedding invitations, because we used them. She liked what she saw, but knew that the service wasn't that great. She was able to get what she needed done, in the time frame it needed to be done so she didn't mind. When she picked up her stuff, Linda was decently rude to her, so since my sister in law doesn't yelp, my wife did it for her. Low and behold, Linda calls my wife and here is the part of the review that yelp removed: Ha! Someone named Linda called my wife from this store, left a voicemail asking her to take off the review. A little creepy that a business goes through their records from 2 years ago to beg to have a complaint taken off. Maybe their high prices explain their snootiness? What do they think they are, a high end steakhouse??? lol! Hi Linda, neither my wife nor I will be taking down our reviews. Instead of begging us to take them down, how about you improve customer service instead? Can we give them 0 stars? Please go elsewhere for your stationary needs. So now hopefully being in the store and buying stuff counts as first hand experience...

We had a private room, which allowed the children to interact and play together. They started off with tattoos and coloring while kids were brought to another area to make teddy bears in groups of four or five. Lately, you go to a birthday party, and the kids are all just running off on their own and not playing together. Here, the activities got the children to play together, which I find so important. It was absolutely awesome! I also liked the quality of the teddy bears, clothing, and backpacks the kids got. I also can't say enough nice things about the service and staff. They were incredibly helpful in every possible way and accommodating. From the moment we walked in everything just worked seamlessly. There's also such a calm vibe that it is pleasant for the parents hanging out. The party area is open and spacious so everyone felt very comfortable. About three different families that participated in our party liked it so much that they're looking to do their kids party there as well. This place deserves even more than five stars...
