I took it to a shop, who informed there was not a drop of oil in my transmission. The card leaked the entire oil which consequently broke my transmission. The dealer claimed they added oil and not responsible. All they wanted me to do was to buy a new one from them. They kept calling and harassing me into buying a new car until I blocked them. Then to fix another problem, I was quoted 2 different prices by 2 different service writers - what the heck is going on. We bought the Platinum highest priced plan. We didn't know Hyundai quit doing the free oil change? We knew we were being hustled and prepaying for maintenance at a higher rate and who wants to read or can fully understand the fine print. We felt ok because we wanted peace of mind for such a complicated vehicle. The best outcome is the vehicle will never need repairing. If the expensive computer modules, electronics, electric seats, etc. fail, hopefully they will be repaired with the maintenance plan we purchased.

On 8/28/26, I received a reply stating, I needed both batteries need replacement. I found that strange, you replaced the right side on 2/9/24 or 2 years and 6 months ago. I replaced the left in 9/22. The manager refused to replace the one they installed, Then you stated the front control arm bushings were torn; these were replaced by you in 1/03/24 on a bill of $8,816.67 with 24,619 miles. I now have 27,236 miles on the car in 8/31/26. The manager would not stand behind his work and would not repair, stating that's normal wear? I check the estimated cost to replace a steering pump, and a Bentley dealer is around $2,500 your charge was $4,600.
